Liked: I needed a place to find peace and I must say that here is just fine, people are nice and the other tourists as well, the place is very special, full of history, charm and snow! I recommend it to those traveling alone or with friends!

Liked: It makes you feel as at home. Cleanliness in rooms and bathrooms. Nice common areas with internet and books available. Lovely staff treatment, indicating with detail all the spots to visit. Just 5 minutes walking from the metro. If I ever go back to Milan, I will definitely go back to OstellOlinda!

Liked: It was very clean, We really liked the Wifi.

Disliked: It wasn't cosy as other hostels. We tought it used the be a psychiatric hospital, but there are still patients living there, and that was kind of weird.

Liked: 1. The price is the lowest in Milan 2. Location - 10 m. from Centrale and 15 m. from Duomo with Metro line 3.

Disliked: 1.Noise from the street 2. Mosquitos

Liked: Very helpful English speaking owner (or staff, not sure). Near to metro stop. Supermarket nearby. Lovely grounds.

Disliked: Perhaps a bit far from centre, but not a major problem (metro less than 5 minutes walk). Could use more bathrooms.

Liked: it was really clean and would probably be a fun place when packed full of people. (when we were there it wasn't that busy, so it was sort of weird being in such a big place with very few other people.) they have lots of common space area to hang out in, which is definitely nice. the location outside centro is actually not that bad, but instead offers a nice, quiet area to wind down in.

Disliked: definitely not enough bathrooms.

Liked: private room!!!!

Disliked: It wasn't clean, bath is terrible, no map, no receptionist at morning on 8 am!!! Location was not good, it was in a garden that it closed on 9pm and you must go to the Museum door for opening the door and you must walk on on dark garden (no light in the garden), This hostel was the worst one that I've been there, I hope it be the last!!!

Liked: Milan itself was a very seedy place but this hostel felt nice and safe and comfortable. Slightly tricky to find at first but close to metro so convinient. Nice staff and well equipped kitchen. Good meeting place.

Disliked: Bed wasn't that comfy. I could feel the hard springs through the mattress. i slept well though.

Liked: The locations is pretty convenient and about 10 minutes of train ride from the main cathedral, il dormo. There's an atrium in the center of the hostel that's a great place to gather and meet other travelers and enjoy the sounds of nature. It's worth the price it commands.

Disliked: nothing.

Disliked: The staff, the atmosphere, the energy, the accomodations... everything.

Liked: The place was quite during the night which is very good the staff was onest and helpfull felt secure enough and now there is the new M 3 line to the duomo which it makes it easier to reach

Disliked: nothing really to do during evening no good places to eat nearby some windows at the bathrooms should be fixed

Liked: Really clean and the staff are so nice they shared their dinner with me! Rooms are a really good size, nice setting although a bit far out its not such a big deal unless you want to stay out really late. I would say though hardly anyone was there at all so it was really hard to meet people and no PCs meant its kind of hard to keep in touch with people. However in the summer I think it would be a great place to stay.

Disliked: No PCs just wifi and few guests when I stayed, so kind of lonely but this is probably seasonal, I would stay again!

Liked: It was warm, away from the road & the staff were generally welcoming.

Disliked: Reception closing time is really early, both for check-in & for being able to ask questions; the location relative to the centre of Milan isn't great, the only train runs every half hour, so if you miss one by a few minutes...

Liked: nice 5 euro dinner deal including a drink. the location was 10 mins from the city which was convenient in some ways. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The train to get to the city only came every half hour.

Liked: It's a big hostel and clean and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly!I just love them! I actually stayed there for 4 nights and I stayed in the hostel Misterbeem for 2 nights as well, but the last day before I flied back to HK I chose to stay in Olinda.

Disliked: It's kind of out of the way at the first time, since it's not located at the center of milan but a northern city of Milan in Affori, it's easily get there by train but the train stopped at 9 pm , the bus stopped at around midnight, so if for party it isn't too bad coz you can party till 5 30am for the first train back from the city hehe.
