Alexandra OrmeGood, Clean and I´m pretty sure the receptionists don´t speak Italian but they speak English and that was good enough for us! It´s situated right near the train station and it´s not too far to walk into the centre. We only stayed one night and it did it´s job. Convenience but not much else. |

Customer reviewI think the best thing about this property was its location. Although because of the noise of the street it was almost impossible to sleep there... and it was a bit difficult to communicate with the staff that was not speaking english... |

stuart bentThe hostel is not too far from the central station. The staff were moderately helpful. Facilities were mediocre as in our first room, the bed broke within seconds and we got transferred to a smaller room... shank! We were also awoken very late into the night by one of the hostel workers offering a gift of ice. One staff member also attempted to clean our room while we were in it the next morning. |

Customer reviewI would recommend this hostel to someone who was in this following situation, which is what I was in, which is why I booked it: You have a 6 a.m. flight out of the Orio al Serio Bergamo airport, you've found out that the bus leaves from the main train station at 4, so you need a bed that is as close as possible to the central train station. For this purpose, it's hard to beat this hostel, and it's pretty cheap. But it's not really a hostel. It's more of a rooming house. it's basically an apartment that someone stuck tons of beds in. it's not a wombat's. If you just need a place to crash for a day or two, yeah, come here. it's fine. it's clean, there's toilet paper, there's restaurants and a laundry place down the street. but don't come here expecting an amazing hostel experience. there's no common room, no lockers, no kitchen(although there is a microwave), and it's not a neighborhood you go sight-seeing in. but it's near enough to the central station metro stop. there are only 7, 8, maybe 9 beds in the whole place, so there aren't a whole lot of socialization opportunities. bottom line- decent place, cheap enough, but don't expect to be wowed. great for a night or two passing through town, but don't come here for a week on your first time in milan and expect awesome memories. milan's great though. |

Helen StephensThe rooms were clean and fairly spacious. BUT the place is difficult to find as there is no sign outside, there are no communal areas, there are only 2 showers and it is in a dodgy part of town (more so if arriving at 1am like we did). |

Customer reviewNot far from the city and the train station. Just a room to spend the night. The rooms by the road are very noisy throughout night. |

Claudia Andrea SantiagoWhen I arrived there, they changed the place to a hotel two blocks away. I did not like it, but then the hotel where i moved was much nicer. |

Carol YearoutThis was the lovliest of all hostels; incredibly clean, great shower, 15 foot ceilings with marble floors, and the bathrooms were cleaner than I keep my own! The only drawback is that it is close to a busy street; OK for us because we don't live in a busy city, also not so noisy one couldn't sleep at night. This was a great hostel! 3 blocks from Milan Central Station. |

Carol YearoutThis hostel was the nicest on our European Adventure. 15 foot ceilings, marble floors, bathrooms that are WAY cleaner than my own, and a shower that gives you water full force! I LOVED this hostel; the only drawback was the noise from being so close to the street, but for us, being unfamilar with Milan, it was a small price to pay. |
