Liked: The staff were quite friendly

Disliked: It said it was going to be 12 euro, so after I paid the 10% booking fee, I should have been paying 10.80euro, but when I got there they charged me 15euro. There were no directions to the hostel, which meant I had to take an expensive taxi from the train station. I was given a camper bed only a few inches of the floor and barely a blanket. The bathroom was disgusting, it was quite clear they didn't clean it very often. The rooms were cramped and had no lockers. The wi-fi barely worked - if more than about 5 people were using it you could get no signal at all.

Liked: The reception guy, Marco, is extremely friendly and helpful.

Disliked: No male dormitory. But the reception guy, Marco, was kind to create one when I asked.

Liked: Great value for money, especially as the rest of accommodation on Milan was so expensive.

Disliked: We were given a 3 man bedroom instead of a 4 man room which we had booked, meaning one of my friends had to sleep on a camper bed for 3 nights.

Disliked: Dirty!!! extra fees that changes depending on the mood of the guy at reception, bed bugs, dirty bathrooms, and sheets and blankets are stained

Liked: The staff were very friendly but not very helpful.

Disliked: It wasnt in a very good location, we thought that we were getting a cheap hostel but they charged us an extra 5 euros a night for linen that we said we didnt need because we had sleeping bags but they made us have linen anyway ! the showers were minging so I refused to go in them and they had no facilities at all - no internet, no washing machine, no kitchen ..

Disliked: dirty, there is so bedbugs in this hostel. ı have a lot of bedbug bites.

Liked: Very very nice hosts, the first hostel I have been to where you can sit together in the evenings at a separate room, make music and drink a glass of wine. Thanks for the nice time again :)

Disliked: I didnt dislike anything. Theres someone there all night long, you dont need a key and come home whenever you want.

Liked: They had beds.

Disliked: The lights didnt turn out until 1 in the night, and it wasnt quiet until then either. Chaos with getting beds, since they had over booked.

Disliked: everything...the toilet,room was horrible....the bed sheet was dirty(but we have to pay 5 euro for that)...the hostel was far from central train station....

Liked: I found the location pretty accessible (not far from the metro stop) and it was decent value for money, although i wouldn't consider staying there for more than one night.

Disliked: The cold shower and i found the hostel to be lacking when it came to cleanliness and the beds were not the most comfortable but you get what you pay for to a certain extent. For me, it was just what i needed as it provided me with a place to sleep for just the one night and it was really cheap.

Liked: The location was close to metro and secure as you had to be buzzed inside the iron gates. The staff were helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Disliked: The kitchen area was not really useable as it shared with the common room and was tiny. The internet would not work with mac! Beware that the compulsory 5euro per night charge for linen is NOT included in the advertised price. The optional extras for linen is in regard to wanting a second sheet. It's a bit sneaky.

Liked: The hostel's fees are confusing and are not stated clearly; besides the hostel is disgustingly filthy. The bathroom looked horrible. During all my travels I have never seen such a dirty place.

Disliked: Watch out for hidden fees for bed linen! Add another 5 Euros on top of the 'Total' price.

Liked: nothing i like'd about it - only that it was cheap it was safe in the way that you had to use a code and be recognized to get in.

Disliked: dirty, very very bad in-door-environment whis literaly made me sick - asthmatic reaction. the bathroom was the must disgusting thing

Liked: The reception was very friendly.

Disliked: However, the facility is not very good, the water in the shower runs cold and hot water alternatively. The shower room is quite dirty.

Disliked: Problems with wi-fi. Too little space in the room (12 people dorm) which could provide space maximum for 8 people. No space for luggage. Rather dirty showers.

Liked: it is near down town and central station, they have a clean rooms and nice staff, and nice people(travellers), free wi fi 24hours,i stayed there and i fell that's i am at home,my booking was dorm of 12 persons but they gave me one bed in room of 5 persons without any extra money i recommend this hostel and i hope to come back one day .

Disliked: showers is not working properly because they are renewing it .
