Lachlan PrestonThe Hostel is really close to a subway stop on the red line, and the subway is so easy to use in Milan. The 24 hour reception was good, and there is WiFi access although no computers if you don't have a laptop. There is a cute dog at the hostel which adds to the character. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. A breakfast is included, but ours tended to be mainly biscuits and cake. The only real downside was that there was only 2 bathrooms for around 10-20 people, however it wasn't really a huge problem. |

Sarah Kuechit was a pretty location, though slightly confusing to get in to. staff was helpful and they had a really cute dog to greet us when we got up in the morning |

Customer reviewPerfect place to stay in Milan. Awesome location, just a 1 euro train ride away from down. Staff were amazing, very clean. Basic, but all you need. I would go back there definately. I miss little Jack too! He made it feel so homely! |

The time spent there was a waste of money and a complete lie. what was offered is not hat you get, specially when you see the bunk beds placed next to the walls of rooms painted in orange. There are two toilets for the entire hostel and lines should be expected. People complained about the change and the guy in charge wasnt there always. You had to wait for ever for the man to show up. Plus the people who welcome even though nice didnt speak english. |

Customer reviewThe hostel and the staff were nice. No lockers for your stuff but it seemed safe enough because of the 24 hour reception and the hostel is so small. Jack the hostel dog was cute too. Only minus was when on the first morning I woke up and the room door was locked from the outside! So I had to bang the door to get someone to let me out. Apparently someone staying in the room had asked them to lock it but I think that they shouldn't have (what if there was a fire for example - I wouldn't have been able to get out of the room??). Pretty odd and definitely not a nice thing. |

Customer reviewThere is a young couple running the hostel, they are friendly, very helpfull, and stir up a good party now and again. Would highly recomed it, close to the underground as well with a 10min trip to the Duomo. |
