Liked: I would recommend this place a bit more if the beds were nicer, but although not too uncomfortable they were camp beds which is not great when you pay this kind of money. Other than that not a bad place and yes the dog is cute!

Liked: RIght next to tube station, only a few stops from the centre. Day staff were good but night staff were not very helpfull. Did not spend much time in the local area.

Liked: i love it, the stuff is very friendly and although is not in the center of the city it is pretty close to a metro station, so..

Liked: Great place, great people. Just the beds are a liitle bit to small for me but I'm 2m so thats always hard to find big beds ;)

Liked: very friendly and helpful staff, the room and bed was so comfortable, everything was great. This hostel is the best hostel I have ever stayed !!there was a dog that was so cute !!

Liked: The staff were very helpful.....nothing was too much trouble.There were no bunks and there were bedside cupboardsin the rooms.It was very secure with someone on the desk to let people through the outside secure gate and doors whenever you wanted.There were only 2 bathrooms and no separate toilets which could be a problem in the mornings.There was no common room only a corridor to sit in and eat breakfast.....not much room if everyone eanted breakfast at once!good price for Milan though and great for the metro.

Liked: - staff & dog's friendliness- good location (15 minutes from city's center and central station)-beautiful building- more like a big familly reunion than a hostel, maybe because there are only 4 rooms (4 beds)-only thing that I didn't like so much was that the beds are not comfy, n' that it's really cold during the night (bring a big warm blanket)

Liked: Hostel was simply perfect, especially when considering this price. Location great, property very clean. We are especially thankful to the staff who were helpful whenever we asked, they always wanted to make us feel like at home. We felt very secure. Marco, the owner, even wanted to give us a lift to the Railway Station. Breakfast was OK. I especially liked the building, in old Italian elegant style. I fully recommend this place. PS There was a lovely white little dog : )

Liked: The staff at this hostel really go above and beyond in terms of being friendly and helpful! Also, Jake the dog is absolutely fabulous (this from someone who isn't a dog person). I will recommend this place to my friends.

Liked: They were so helpful with every question. We didn´t have to pay to use the internet.We also didn´t have a check out time. They were just GREAT!!!
