Liked: I liked that the internet is for free and that the guy from the reception is quite friendly.

Disliked: Sweet Hostel was the worst Hostel I have ever been to, because it was the dirtiest one. The linens are not fresh, the bathrooms are dirty, noone cleans the floor there, the walls in the bathrooms are covered with mold, the common room is dirty (unwashed dishes, empty bottles etc).

Liked: location

Disliked: It was horrible, dirty place. This strongly recommended Bob has been smoking all the time, so all clothes had a smoke smell. The place, were visitor could leave the luggage, was on the corridor. So everybody could steal it. Moreover there is no space to make some tea or any food, because microwave has been the only kitchen equipment. No mugs, no kettle..... you can not talk loud and drink in the room... there is no dryer in hostel, in room is only one good contact, there is no desk...when talking about the cupboard, there is only one, plastic container, and a few dirty small bedside cabinet...alarm clock radio and iron is also a joke, not an offer. Bathrooms, were so dirty and full of dirty water, that MacDonald is better to wash tooth, because you can get dirty, even by comming into. It was expensive, full of dust and mold place. dont go there! also to the screaming hostel because this is next door ant is the same...Milano is too beautifull to have such horrible time in hostel

Liked: Nothing.

Disliked: Overpriced, and the room was jammed full of beds. My bed was shit--hard as a rock. The hostel is small, and a horrible place to meet people, with very few offerings for the price. Common area is a joke. Sort of a sketchy location as well.

Liked: The location was decent and close to the metro.

Disliked: Disgusting, dirty and smelly. Smelled like smoke, linens were nasty and room was dusty. The bathroom overflowed into the hallway and I was charged 3 euros for linen which was not mentioned on the website. The bathrooms were in such bad conditions I didn't even shower for fear of coming in contact with anything!

Liked: I met a lot of interesting people from the whole world, there is one common room for that, you can do whatever you want ;) .... The staff is also very good, friendly and you can ask to everythink. I enjoyed my trip a lot especially because of the other visitors and city center.

Disliked: The staff is 2 men who really don´t care about cleanliness, fresh air and rules.... Rooms are small, not a big comfort because there is no space for your clothes and other thinks. The bathrooms are in very bad conditions but you can survive that and on the other side there was all the time a hot water. But if you don´t like smoking don´t go there :)

Liked: The closeness to the subway and it has very easy access.

Disliked: There is too many rooms for only one bathroom, it was not very clean and very uncomfortable.Costumer services was very poor, the receptionist never stop smoking while talking to me, blowing all the smoke on my face. Matress?? no, there were like more like mats. There are not signals to indicate where to go.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. You can meet many interesting people.

Disliked: Extra fee for linen. Bathroom is not very clean. But it is good option for 1-2 nights in a good price in Milan. Especially for young people.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: during my stay i never saw the bed linen changed at all (between guests) and yet you pay every night for linen (not mentioned on the website). There is smoke everywhere and the hostel OWNER ate my food. Stereotypical gross place with pubes all over the bathroom floor and they wash the dishes in the bathroom with the same sponge to clean the sink. Management is very strange.

Liked: the area that it was in wasn't the nicest or safest, but it was right next to a lot of cheap food and very close to the metro. the staff were very nice and even socialized with all of the guests. it was a very small hostel but easy to use and access.

Disliked: smoking was allowed in the hostel

Liked: Staff was extremely helpful to me when I needed a hand with a health issue. Also, they are really into giving you tips so you can move around and out of Milán.

Disliked: Cleanliness, equipment of the kitchen, smoking's allowed inside the building.
