It was extremely clean and was full of people during our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful - we arrived at 12.30am and they were able to direct us to a pizzeria that was still open and willing to serve us even at that late hour. Breakfast was served between 7am and 10am but there was always plenty whatever time we decided to eat. The hostel is about 5 minutes walk from Milan Central Station where you can get trains to Lake Como and also has a Metro station. If you leave the hotel in the opposite direction there is another metro station about 5 minutes walk. I would definitely stay at Hotel Demo again.

We booked a Double Suite Enuit. The room was big, nice and clean. Surprisingly, we even have a minibar in the room, with drinks reasonably priced. The Staff was very warm hearted, helpful and well organised. I had a early flight, the owner prepared some bread butter, and orange juice in my minibar, very kind. If you don't need 24 hours reception, a restaurant and a bar downstairs, this place is definitely better than a 3 star hotel.

I really enjoyed the location. It's very close to the Central station. So , it makes it easy for you to get around. The bedroom and bathroom are clean and pleasant. The breakfast is also very good. I recomend this hotel.
