Overview

Hotel Bonola is located in the heart of Milan's zone 8, in an excellent position for reaching the new Rho – Pero trade show center and just 5 metro stops (red line 1) from the historic Trade Show Center of Milan in Largo Domodossola.

The hotel is very convenient for going to Mazdapalace, only five minutes by car, the theater for important performances and concerts featuring Italian entertainers and international stars. Fiorello, Panariello, Elton John, Duran Duran, Claudio Baglioni and Ligabue are among some of those who have performed there recently.

You are also in the vicinity of the area of San Siro, for stadio Meazza and the Horse tracks which are a ten minute drive away and a little more with public transportation and another 10 for Sacco Hospital.

If your stay in Milan is also going to include trips to the center, the MM1 San Leonardo stop is 300 meters from the hotel, from here with the metro for Sesto and without any changes you can get to the Duomo in 20 minutes.

If you have some free time, in addition to a traditional visit of the center with the Duomo, Castello Sforzesco and Sant’Ambrogio, Leonardo da Vinci's Last Supper, Pinacoteca di Brera, and shopping streets in the fashion district including Via Montenapoleone, Via della Spiga, Corso Venezia and Via Sant'Andrea, we recommend taking a walk to Parco Montestella one of the most beautiful gardens in Milan located 2 kilometers from Hotel Bonola.

Called Montagnetta by the locals due to its 170 meter high hill, the unique and only hill in Milan is artificial and built from the rubble from bombing in World War II.

This very green park was created in 1946 and covers an area of 370,000 square meters where woods and field alternate. A scenic road crosses the hill winding through terraces to reach the top with a lovely view of the city.
