04 December 2009	Customer review very friendly and helpful staff, location- close to the station and not far from the centre. room cleaned every day. sometimes a bit loud in the corridor and you can hear everything through the door, but it wasn't a major problem for us. nice, reasonably priced pizzeria next door. we enjoyed the stay. thank you	92%

29 November 2009	Customer review The landlord is extremely friendly and made you feel welcomed in this city. The free internet wifi and PC provided is an added bonus with that price range. However, the walls in my room is quite thin and I hear quite clearly the conversation over the phone from the other room. Other than that, it is a great budget to stay.	82%

15 November 2009	Customer review + : Very good location, close to the railway station. +: Nice staff. +: Prcie. - : Shared bathroom was not in the best condition. - : You have to leave your key at reception and ring the bell everytime you want to come inside. It might happen that guy in the reception is sleeping and you have to wait for some time before he wakes up :) In general Hotel Arno is the best you can get for that money.	82%

09 November 2009	Customer review Staff are very friendly. Really nice Pizza/pasta place next door. Cheap too!! Walking distance to the main city. 20min or catch the Metro. Room was spacious! Dont be surprised if you booked for Hotel Arno but started at Hotel Eva... under the same management and on the same floor. Really cosy. Would recommend to budget couples too ;)	85%

26 October 2009	Customer review The two guys working were fantastic; very friendly and helpful. The hotel was old, with peeling paint and woodwork that was breaking down, but the price is unbeatable and although it's on a side street, it is 10 minutes from Milano Centrale and 10 minutes from metro stops for the 1 and 3 lines, both of which go to the Duomo in a few stops.	82%

11 October 2009	Joyce Sprokholt It was a little hard to find the place at first, but as soon as we arrived the staff helped us out with a map, places to go to and all kind of other things. They asked if you needed anything all the time and when you did, it was provided to you straight away. Rooms were really simple and the beds were not comfortable at all, but ok to spend 1 or 2 nights.	57%
