Shirley SpiteriThis was a great place to stay. I had a four bed room. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom and toilet was attached to the room and also clean. Breakfast was provided in the morning and it also was really good. I wish they had hot chocolate available ;o(. The location was great, literally a 30 minutes walk (if you like walking) to the centre of Milan and easily accessible to/from the airport as the bus stop (Bus No. 73) is right in front. The is no sign indicating the hotel which makes it a little hard to find and when you find the door number, the bell you must ring for the hotel (second floor) is written in Italian. If I had to give a numerical rating it would be 7 out of 10. |

Customer reviewIt was a very pleasant stay. Small but very nice and clean rooms.Nice stuff that was able to provide whatever information a tourist can need. Was a good location, around 15 minutes walking from Duomo and surrounded with many shops and restaurants. Was easily reachable from the airport. |

Customer reviewThe owner actually lead us to his appartement, which is on a much better location than the original (just two metro stations away from the main train station). The appartement is large and clean, btw, we are the first guests of that appartement. The owner is kind to us, and speaks English. |

Customer reviewWe got a big new flat few minutes away from hotel america for the same price like our reservated double room, because we couldnt check in in the room at the time where we came. The staff was very friendly, the man gave us tipps for eating and nightlife and so on. |

Customer reviewWe stayed at the hostel, staff were friendly. Rooms were basic but clean, bathroom was also pretty clean. HOWEVER, it is small. We were woke up from sleep twice the first night and several times the 2nd night. People running up and down corridor and slamming doors etc. I wouldn't recommend if you want a good nights sleep. |

Customer reviewFirstly, the location of the hostel was inconveniently 15 mins bus ride from the train station. Then once we had arrived, the staff were extremely unhelpful in providing any asisstance with checking in or even the fact that we had to cram in 5 people into a room which was fitted with extra beds. We had originally booked 2 seperate rooms (3 and a 2) however, they must have had space issues and crammed us into a single room. Would not recommend this place to anyone nor even the city of Milan itself, which till this day is by far the city which offer little customer service or help to any tourist. |

Laura TaylorThe directions to the hostel from the train station were a bit vague, so it took me a while to find. It's about 10-15mins on bus 92 from the central train station. The free breakfast was really good and the rooms were clean. An ok hostel. |
