Customer reviewthe place was very nice. I was able to have a room to myself as it was quiet. and this was good because it meant my stuff was secure. the room was very clean, the only problem was that there was a strong scent of tobacco. im not sure if this was because the last person to stay was smoking inside. but something to note for anyone who really has trouble with the scent. the only other problem was that i went to have a shower earlier in the morning at around 7 and th hot water wasn't on. which was a bit miserble. but other than those two points, th place was nice, the people who run it are fantastic; very helpful and pleasant, and the location was simply brilliant. it's a great place for the price. |

Customer reviewThe staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very good(but you have to pay 4euros each)..the location is a lil bit too far from the map that you gave I suggest you all to take a tram..don't walk from the metro! |

Customer reviewThe owner is extremely rude. Regret being there. Only the guy who works at the night shift was helpful and friendly, indeed. Wireless in not listed as "Purchasable Extra", but you have to pay for it (and yet is not that fast). On the 3rd floor, bathroom is not that modern! It has a quite old and small bath! But the place is really clean. Its better to get there by the tram nº33 if you dont want to walk about 800m from the Loreto station. |

Customer reviewThe bathroom was big, modern and clean. The room itself had a lower standard than the bathroom. The staff was nice. The breakfast was boring though, everything was served in small plastic packages and there were no real fresh bread. But since it's cheap to stay there we were quite satisfied anyway. |

Customer reviewVery clean and professional - a very nice hotel, that has very affordable clean dorms. Absolutely lovely. The only drawbacks - no common area/lobby to hang out with other backpackers. But company was found anyway on the terrace, so.. The staff doesn't treat backpackers with much respect, but I guess you can understand that...For the money, the cleanest and most pleasant place in Europe! |

Maria NilssonVery clean, friendly staff, quiet, great breakfast with ability to choose freshly made coffee like cappucino or whatever you wish. My room was incredibly hot but there was also an option to pay for air condition. |

Customer reviewA hotel room for hostel prices. Nice atmosphere and both the garden and the rooms are quite idyllic. Not quite in the city centre, but directly next to a tram line and the metro in a pleasant area of the city. For 3 Euros you also get breakfast, which was very tasty. The only disadvantage was that our air conditioning wasn´t working, so the heat was quite unbearable. |

Customer reviewHostel is in good location, close to Loreto metro station so it gives you opportunity to move quickly to other parts of the city. However it is located in very busy street so if you are planning to have a rest inside the room it can be difficult. |

Alena DashkevichEverything was fine. The location is good -- close to subway. For the money the owner asked -- it's a good place to stay. I didn't order, but others said that the breakfast was really good. The minuses: noisy street, no kitchen (it's a hotel, not a hostel). But the supermarket is close by. It's a good place. |
