Customer reviewThe only thing I liked about this place was that we could leave the suitcases there the day of our departure, in stead of leaving them in the left-luggage at Centrale station, paying for it.. Appart from that, there are two women serving the reception, and one of them doesn't speak other language apart from chinese: no english, no italian, no spanish, no french... no way to communicate with her, just with body-talking, and this way is not always reliable... The way they make the bed is just folding the sheet and putting it on the bed, so every night you must make your bed in the normal way. Other useful information for travelers is that it is on the second floor of a building without elevator, so you must carry the suitcase up the stairs, and they are long stairs.... Apart from that, it was a secure place, and the woman who speaks italian and english is a kind person. |

Rosa NijssenThe (Chinese) owners are extremely kind and helpful. De rooms are nice, despite the immense heat in Milan during my stay. The male dorms are a little nicer than the female dorms though, but that shouldn't be too big of a deal. Great place to stay! |

Customer reviewThe brothers running this hostel were lovely and friendly. We were only here for one night on a stopover, so unfortunately we didn't really get to explore the area that it was in, but there was a streetcar running through the area and it was close enough to central station that I assume that it would be fairly easy to get around from here. The room was very nice and clean and had its own shower. You did have to share the toilet with other people on the floor, but the hotel is very small, so you're sharing with very few people and it isn't really a big deal at all. The hotel was nice and quiet and well maintained. The room didn't have air conditioning or a fan, so it got a little warm at night, but aside from that, we were completely satisfied and felt that it was a good value for the money. |
