Liked: I messed up the booking nd the staff went out of there way to help find me a bed in one of their other hotels. Plus hotel was great.

Liked: It's close to the train station. If that's where you wanna be. Not the best area and a good walk or an undergound ride to the centre. You might want to ask for a non-smoking room.

Liked: conveniently located by train station, if you need to commute back and forth, and the staff were very nice, although the rooms are very small and plain for the price.

Liked: Right next to the station so very convenient for people looking to use Milan as a connection between other cities like I was. Wireless internet connection for free in the lobby was great.
