Very friendly staff with excellent spoken English and helpful tips on how to get around and good location for the buses towards the Duomo and Central Stazione. No curfew- 24hr access.

There's always someone on shift at the desk. Hot showers, and fresh towels are also great.

I don't normally comment on these things, but I have to say that the staff here was unreal, going above and beyond their duties. Hotel/Hostel is average and nothing crazy, but a roof over your head, but the staff was unreal friendly and helpful. They more than made up for everything and we would stay there again in a heartbeat due to them.

Very friendly, helpfull syuff. Nice atmosphere, perfect place 2 make new friendships. I can t say even one bad thing about that place!!!

in terms of location and general necessities, we were provided with everything we needed. however, four people shoved into a very tight space, with a shower in the middle of the room (no walls for privacy) and no air con, it was quite cramped and hot!but they did give as a fan after we begged....

Internet both on a computer, and a cord that you can plug into laptop. Really nice guys working at the desk. Comfortable, clean beds.

Its a really fun and chilled out atmosphere here. Its run bu a bunch of cool guys and their hostel mascot...Diablo (puppy). They are really helpful with giving directions and speak good english. Definately recomend it!
