Johann RennerTo me just to issues: no lockers and the "breakfast" is horrible: it's just a coffee and a croissant. They should put in the website something like "Free snack at breakfast time". Free wifi is a plus. |

Edmund MoyleHostel Rating: *** Overbooked so we were moved to another hotel. Seems like the hotel was owned by same company or mates. Double bed in a 2 double bed room in stead of a dorm - thus no atmosphere. Sharing with another girl. No Wifi in hotel. Had to travel to hostel ( 10 min walk) for wifi. Reception at hostel contantly not answering entrance bell. Seems like deliberately overbooked through the number of people made to move. *** Hotel was clean and comfortable. NO WIFI NO KITCHEN ONE SHOWER WC IN ROOM AMPLE POWER PLUGS |

Ming-Li LeeHostel Diablo is not that close to the city center, however has tram/bus stop outside of the hostel. The staff there are very nice and helpful! And the direction to the hostel is clearly stated in the description compared to my previous experience! However, I dont think it'd be a wonderful place to meet people but definitely to have nice rest in Diablo! |

Customer reviewThe staff made it for me as they were extremely friendly and helpful. You have everything you need for a short stay, a comfortable bed, bathroom facilities and breakfast is included in the price. The price was very reasonable and public transport is nearby so you can visit the wonderful sites Milan has to offer. |

Jessica LaudiLocation: The hostel is in a good location. It's too far to walk from the central train station, but it is accessible by buses and trams. It's not that far a walk from the Duomo either. I walked to the Duomo a number of times and checked out the shops along the way. It's easy to miss when walking down the street, so keep an eye out for it. Staff: the staff was alright. They had passable english. We asked them for tips on where to find a good restaurant. The receptionist told us to walk down a main road, where there weren't many restaurants at all. I was a bit disappointed with that bad advice. The worst part of it is that there is an AMAZING restaurant right beside the hostel (called "Timebreak"). The food is great and the prices are reasonable. Safety: The hostel is pretty safe. It's located at the back of the building, past the courtyard inside the block of apartments. You need to buzz the hostel in order to be let into the building from the street front door. However, we had a problem getting back into the building. Twice my friend and I got back to the door, buzzed and had to wait for over 20 minutes before we were let in. I'm not sure if their buzzer was broken or not. Both times, we were let in by residents of the apartment building. Needless to say, it was frustrating that we couldn't get into the building when we needed to. Not knowing when we were going to be able to get in was annoying. Sadly there isn't much of a communal area for travellers to meet. I do have to say that the hostel was very clean. No problems there. Also, because i guess there was some booking problem, my friend and I were put in a private double room, so that worked out well. |

gokce sencolalarvery good location,closed to duomo,central station and linete airport..easy to acces bus ,tram,metro...happy with english spoken staff,bcz no one speakes english in milan.staff was helpfull about area and direction..private room with bathroom was very clean for hostel standart,but breakfast was poor,they dont even have milk for tea or coffee...apart from that was good. |
