Liked: The staff were fantastic and that was 1 of the best things i liked about the place. It also had good showers and the beds were comfy to sleep on. and the noise was good no traffic or other people.

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel prices and rooms are legit. I was very satisfied with my stay there. Highly recommending staying there again for sure.

Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly and getting to the center of Milan was simple enough, but the beds weren't the most comfortable (a bit worn) and you could hear everything that was going on in the hallways including conversation and running water from the bathroom. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Liked: Some staff are friendly than others, but generally a good place to stay.If there is a problem and they have been overbooked, they will place you in a 3 star hotel at their cost, and it was only a 10min walk away.

Liked: The Hostel was overbooked, but the friendly staff found me another accomodation within 1/2 hours. Much better for 5 eur more. Finally I was satisfied completely, even I couléd not stay there as I originally planned.

Liked: For first sight it was little confused, but another moments were so perfect, because the room was so clean and the breakfast wonderfull :-)

Liked: All was nice, except very thin walls. Any sound from outside are clearly heared in the room. Anyway, it is really value for money.Map should be updated, it is much simplier to get to hostel bu suburban railways than by bus which we haven't seen ever.Personel is nice and friendly.

Liked: We were staying one night - Saturday/Sunday and on the Sunday morning we were told that there's no breakfast for us, as the Hostel had changed the bar recently and the other bar was closed on Sunday. Other than that - was ok.

Liked: For Milan it was a good hostel! Good value for money as it was secure, safe and not to far from the Duomo. The staff are nice and happy to answer any questions. Though there is only one key per room so you always have to ask at the desk for the key when you come back from being out. I would stay again if ever in Milan.
