Liked: The service was great and it was by far the most clean Hostel I have been to in Europe thus far. It had a private bathroom for each dorm, which is always a plus, and the beds were relatively comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. They tried very hard to communicate in English and even lent me a personal fan because it was so damn hot.

Liked: The location is a bit out of the way (~25 minutes walk to the Duomo) but the room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and I felt very safe. The breakfast that is included in the stay is a ticket that gets you a coffee and brioche at a cafe/bar on the corner, which was just fine for me, but some people expecting more might be disappointed. Other than that, I think it was very good.

Liked: location isn't the greatest, found myself waiting outside for a bit when i first got there as there isn't always someone on the desk. I got moved rooms, then an extra bed turned up in the already cramped room making it rather hot, and with only one fan to keep us cool it made for a sleepless and uncomfortable night. They have wifi but no computer so only helpful if you have a laptop.

Liked: Hostel is very close to the tram line which is very helpful and needed to get around. We were in a 3 bed dorm, there was a shower in the room (just a cubicle in the corner) and also a shower and WC in the hall. Room was spacious enough and beds okay. Breakfast was at a bar down the street, coffee and croissant only and internet. The two guys on reception were friendly enough, one more helpful than the other. There is no actual luggage room for when you checkout they just keep the bags sitting at reception, but that seemed to be secure enough. Only 1 key per dorm but since we only had 3 people it wasnt too bad. Would recommend.

Liked: helpful and englishspeaker personal. firstly you can say What the hell this places. It is not like what they told. but you will get used to and can make friends from different country. then I must say they dont have a bar and place to eat your breakfast.

Liked: Only spent 1 night there,but everything was fine,a little hard 2 find the hostel,as there is not alot of numbers on buildings,cute little pug dogbut i recommend staying here its all clean and safe,no worries T BAG!

Liked: The staff are really helpful. The hostel is in a very good location. In walking distance to the old center of Milan where the Duomo, Parco Sempione, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and all the main shops are. Public transport nearby, as are supermarkets/minimarkets. Clean place. The drawback is that it lacks a hangout spot. If you relax in the hostel a bit there is only one place to lay back in: your room. Not the best hostel for making new friends.

Liked: The man behind the counter was nice, despite not speaking English. It felt more like a pension that it did a hostel -- I didn't meet anyone my age or any other solo travelers. It seemed to be older couples on vacation.
