Liked: The staff was very helpful and it was easy to get to the center of Milan from the hostel. The hostel gave us good directions on how to get everywhere. Also the hostel provided us clean towels and cleaned our room every day while we stayed there.

Disliked: The view was really bad because the hostel is inside of an apartment building. Also our room smelled. The walls could use a paint job and there was some mold growing on the walls.

Liked: Nice place. Room was big and clean. They upgraded us to a private room for no extra charge, which was nice. The first night, they had trouble with the room so arranged a room at another hotel for is, which was also very nice.

Liked: Reasonably close the the city centre. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Atmosphere and maintenance could have been better.

Liked: I stay in another hotel because the rooms are occupied during the time i arrived. The hotel is nice, but with some mosquitoes always around.

Disliked: It will be good if I could be informed there are no rooms before I arrived the hostel. (maybe an email)

Liked: Very helpful staff, who spoke well English. Rooms were ok. Breakfast was a nice surprise as well as the free wlan.

Disliked: In one of our two rooms there must have been bedbugs as half of our family got red marks on they bodies...

Liked: cant think of anything i liked, at least there was a bed

Disliked: well they did not accept credit cards and when i tryed to pay in cash they said there was no change so i would have to go out and get exact change this was about 9 at night after a long train ride, i was not happy!!! also the room was extrordanly hot and the showers and sinks did not work great the watter took ages to drain so to wash u'rself too ages

Liked: Nothing was good.

Disliked: I,ve booked a bed in one "ensuite", but there was no bathroom in the bedroom. Breakfast very poor. Night staff not a gentleman.

Liked: It is cheap and easy to get to on a bus. The staff was helpful but this place was nothing special....

Disliked: The facilities were not very clean and it was just a little run down. I think for 12 Euros or what not you can't really expect too much and you do not get too much or too little for your money in my opinion

Liked: Great place for the price. Towels, linens and shampoo/soap are provided. They were overbooked my first night and placed me in a three star single room nearby which was a plus.
