Liked: i had the room to myself so that was nice for a change and i had a double bed

Disliked: i was in room one- closest to rception. i could hear when the phone rang & the conversation they were having. the person at reception would get visitors and i could hear them talking quite loudly. the walls were very thin- you could hear everything. even the person in the next room going to the toilet!!!

Liked: Good location - easy to get to on the bus. Quiet - we had a dorm mostly to ourselves. Generally pretty clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Access to several bathrooms. Comfy beds - not bunks.

Disliked: We chose this hostel because they mentioned a fridge but they didnt have one. They also advertised breakfast but due to the quiet season they were no longer serving. 24 check in meant we were woken up in the middle of the night with a new guest. The bathroom leaked a lot of water on the floor from the sink and shower but we had only our single towel to mop it up

Liked: well managed, clean rooms, the hostel is safe and secure.

Disliked: the common room was very small and you could only meet other travelers in your room. the vending machine ran out of water (bring your own water). it was a little difficult finding bus stops in the rain to this hostel (get good directions from people at the train station).

Liked: Very Secure, clean / tidy, friendly staff who helped guide us to the right restaurant, bar etc

Disliked: Not well sign posted, difficult to find in the rain

Liked: Room was cleaned out daily and fresh towels provided. Staff were helpful and told us the best pla to go and how best to get there. Good value for money although expected a little more in terms of atmosphere for a hostel. Would reccomend it to people looking for a quiet weekend

Disliked: Our tv didnt work and neither did our toilet which seemed to have been broken for a while. There was no bar and the 'common area' was just a few tables in the lobby (where you're told not to loiter). Location was not great but there was a bus stop just outside where you could get into the busier areas fairly easily.

Liked: Value for money is good compared to the high prices for accommodation in Milan. Rooms are cleaned out every day. The hostel was exactly what expected for the money I paid. Staff is friendliness.

Disliked: Some of the facilities were partly broken. The walls are very thin and practically you can hear everything from the neighboring room. Listening to the porn scene at 3 am one of the nights was not best soundtrack for my sleep.

Liked: This is more like a hotel than a hostel. Great services and facilities. Staff was very helpful.

Liked: very nice hostel, good location .The staff (especially Davide !!) are soo friendly, helpful and generally nice people. The rooms are clean, internet access was easy. wifi in the room and in the common room..We really enjoyed our stay at this hostel. Well recommended !

Liked: Best hostel EVER!!!!!!!!!! After traveling all around Europe, this was by far the best and our favorite place to stay! The service was excellent and everyone who works there is extremely friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were cleaned constantly and the free wifi was always working... The location was so good and so near to the center...
