Liked: Vittorio the owner was very friendly and helpful - just the thing you need after a long journey. Everything was great - very clean, quiet, beds were comfortable. Breakfast is provided in the rooms - standard tea and coffee and a couple of croissants and biscuits. Overall a great place to stay in the lovely Lucca.

Disliked: It didn't affect us at all, but there is only one bathroom (and a very large one at that). During our stay we didn't even hear/see the other guests so there was no queuing, however I imagine that there may be a slight wait during peak season. However you can always enjoy a coffee while you wait :-)

Disliked: one bathroom between too many rooms - just meant waiting a bit sometimes - but worth it for great place to stay

Liked: Great location in the old city within the walls. Comfortable room, only problem was with shared bathroom - in the morning I had to wait for a while to get in.
