Liked: We were absolutely delighted with our accomodation and Anna's hospitality. Although there was a language barrier we somehow managed to communicate and had a wonderful stay. Anna and her friends (who came to help her out) were a joy to spend time with ,Their attention to detail and ensuring everyones comfort was most appreciated. Wonderful place, wonderful folk!!!

Liked: The hostel is right inside the old town and is a really cool old building with high ceilings and tiled floors etc. It has lots of character, is clean and comfortable. Excellent value

Liked: The staff were so helpful. They did lots of extra little things we didn't expect. When we got there it was really hot, so they served us cold juice when we walked in the door.

Liked: extraordinary, beautiful and large rooms; very nice and friendly hosts - always helpful;very good breakfast; located in the old town centre of Lucca only a few minutes walk from the central station;
