Liked: The breakfast was great. When there was a problem with the electricity this was dealt with very quickly and well. They moved us to other accomodation which was just as good. They welcomed us back for breakfast in the morning.

Liked: It was a basic room but with nice bathroom facilities. Located just on the outskirts of the walls it is easy to get into central Lucca but with out having to pay three times the price. The buffet breakfast is good and if you are lucky enough you can get one of the small balcony seats - great way to start the day!

Liked: Good location, the centro storico was easily accessible and it was fairly close to the train station. Lovely building with tastefully decorated very clean accommodation. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good continental style breakfast. The only problem was that staff only tended to be around in the morning to serve breakfast and usually when guests arrived they had to phone for someone to turn up to receive them. As I had my mobile stolen when I arrived in Italy this could have been a real problem for me if other guests hadn't been around to allow me into the villa to use the office phone.

Liked: Extremely friendly and welcoming staff/management. Basic facilities but very clean and functional. It is ideally located outside the city centre, with parking facilities. Should be Highly recommended for short stays .
