Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, DJ Shaun on reception, kitchen area, free internet, films on offer, sun terrace, great sized rooms, lockers, cool people, overall wicked place to stay!!! Strong spoons to open bottles of beer with, bonus!

Disliked: Location of bathrooms in the blue room is a little awkward when some people think they can tell you its a private room and its not, they are in there! Disliked the fat dirty snoring farting italian man who stayed in early Aug, if you have experianced him, i feel your pain!!!!

Liked: Really, really friendly and so helpful. The vibe from the hostel was brilliant and it felt like being in a family staying there. I will def go again and recommend to others!

Liked: Every evening they organise a trip to the restaurant, which is nice and the ride is great cause it showes you the typical italian way of driving. You can also rent ( for free) bikes at the hostel and it has a huge terrace where you can sunbath or eat. Definately great place to stay in Ischia!

Liked: We fell in love with this hostel and Ischia. Me and my friends weren't expecting much on this island but recieved plenty!! We were stunned at how beautiful the island was and how amazing the hostel was. Really friendly, helpful staff which made you feel like family.

Disliked: I can say nothing negative about this hostel, it was fantastic, we only wished we stayed longer! :-(

Liked: Friendly people, clean rooms, nice common room, nice rooftop hangout, also the ping pong table was a lot of fun

Disliked: The staff were hardly ever around, and the door was always open so anyone could have come in.

Liked: The Ring is in a great location and has many things to offer. Namely they will drive any interested hostelites to a restaurant and then pick you up when you are finished. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is provided. It is a great place to meet people... I extended my stay 4 days.

Disliked: Bathrooms could use a little help.

Liked: Its close to the Forio port (around 10 min walk).The family restaurant they take you every night is very good.

Liked: I had an amazing time at this hostel. Lorenzo took us to the hot springs, and the food at his family's restaurant was great. A relaxed atmosphere, clean, free internet..best place to stay on this paradise island

Liked: The owners of the hostel r the best thing that can happen to u on the island - we were lost in the city searching for the hostel and they found us on the road, in the evening they took us to a great restaurant and we spend great time there...we will go back to Ischia, cause we feel now we have friends there!

Liked: This was a fantastic hostel - Lorenzo was so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us - it didn't feel like a hostel but rather like going to stay with friends! The activities (hot springs, the restaurant trips, snorkelling) were great fun and also very reasonably priced.Without a doubt one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at and fingers crossed I'll be back there soon!

Liked: The people you met, it had the most fantastic atmosphere which pretty much made up for the basic facilities. The family that owns the hostel also run a restaurant and provide transport to and from it in the evening so it was a great place to go on the first night for a nice and fairly reasonable meal where you got to know lots of other people staying at the hostel.

Liked: We were really surprised by so many positive reviews regarding this hostel. This place was a great disappointment for us. We had paid for room wih private bathroom, but we had to share it with 2 other rooms. Hot water wasn´t available longer than 5 minutes. Moreover, we didn´t stay in the main building, but had to walk additional 200m up the hill. Also the staff wasn´t very friendly, even saying hello was a problem for them. Regarding the room, it had no wardrobe, but it contained kitchen unit thanks to which there was not much space left. Positive thing was balcony and breakfast, however it was every day the same. We wouldn´t really recommend this hostel.

Liked: you completely felt at home here -utterly at home. the staff were so laid back, sometimes this could be a problem but it was so easy going. free internet, great atmosphere.needs to get hot water though, a hostel without hot water is pretty bad!loved it all the same!

Liked: The staff were absolutely wonderful but it wasn't very clean.The family restaurant was nice but it only opens at 8 and because you get driven down, you wont be home until 11 pm - midnight.
