Liked: atmosphere and location -- it is about a 30 minute bus ride from the train station, but you have a great view of the city from the hostel.

Liked: Did the job, clean, miles out of the centre tho but bus takes you straight there, nothing around it tho. Was just another big HI hostel with no character but good enough for a stopover. Nice balcony overlooking Genoa tho.

Liked: Clean, spacious. Lack of athmosphere though and the wonderful view comes at the cost of staying miles out of the centre (30+ min busride)

Liked: It was clean. The door to the room locked, and I had my own key. There was a fairly inexpensive cafeteria downstairs. The view from the hostel was great. Unfortunately, the hostel was about 30 minutes on the bus from the trainstation. However, the staff was friendly. You can by bus tickets at the hostel or at the busstop near the trainstation.

Liked: it was an awesome villa and they have a winery where they make their own wine. It was just kinda in the middle of no-where, a bus ride and 10 minute walk from the city

Liked: it was easy to find the bus stops right out the front and all the locals will tell anyone with a backpack where to get off. it s cheap and the staff were really helpful.

Liked: extremely clean and cheap. a beautiful view of the city, though kinda far from the old harbor- the bus is direct so it isn't bad. very friendly staff. not a 'party' hostel, but we met a lot of people and had fun.

Liked: eh....didn't stay long enough to like anything. came in late and left early. the place is spacious.
