Liked: We were travelling as a family with a baby, and this was the perfect hostel, quiet, right in the centro, with a kitchenette. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. If you want to socialize, you might want to go to the other location of Emerald Fields, although there is a nice big common area here. Room was huge, excellent view, very clean. Would return anytime!

Disliked: Stovetop would have been nice. That's about it!

Liked: Everything is as it says, a woderful hostel with a killer atomoshpere and really awesome staff. The facilities are great, there is toast and esspresso in the morning and there is even laundry.

Disliked: No kitchen but you cant have it all

Liked: I Stayed at thier new location on via gelfa in a double room. It was definitely worth the money, free wifi, felt extremely safe, super close to station and an easy walk away from main sights and plenty of bars. staff was pleasant and welcoming and it was one of the cleanest hostels i've ever seen. thanks guys!

Liked: The location was great, walking distance to everything. We walked everywhere and loved it. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. The host was so sweet and made us really good coffee every morning. Our experience here was great and would stay here again.

Liked: Good! They provide some trips if you don't have enough time. They do have some great offers for travelers, and nice atmosphere.

Liked: very nice building, old and good location, lots of space in the rooms, everyone firendly and smiling.

Liked: This hostel is very nice. The building is full of charm and it is extremely clean. This makes the difference. Also there are three bathrooms available, which prevents us to wait. Very nice place.

Liked: Everyone in the place was nice to talk to, I really enjoyed the stay.

Disliked: Nothing really, you have a bit of a walk to the centro but it really wasn't that bad at all to walk.

Liked: It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The place had a very homey feel to it and the whole stay was very enjoyable.

Liked: + very clean (but see dislike section for lockout policy) + very friendly staff. Some of the staff went out to the clubs with us and showed us around when we got there + Always felt safe there + Very small, only a few guests (could be a negative depending on what you like)

Disliked: - Mandatory/forced lockout from 11 AM to 2 PM. They WILL wake you up if you're still sleeping - Somewhat far from the sights - No organized hostel activities - Not very social because of small size

Liked: The guy showed you exactly where to go based on how long you're in Florence for. Very spacious rooms. Fast computers. Social

Disliked: It was 20mins walk from the old town

Disliked: It was 30 minutes away from tha train station not 10. Yet it was close enogh to the center of the city

Liked: wifi was really speedy and easy to access. Location was really close to train station and the centre of town. also close to many food shops and a park.

Disliked: lighting was dim in our room. There was a fan but it was still quite warm through the night. Breakfast was basic - but as described on website

Liked: staff were super welcoming, friendly and helpful and the hostel was peaceful, comfortable and CLEAN. not to mention the free internet which was a great help! i enjoyed my stay there and would go back again, for sure.
