Customer reviewthe room we were given was huge, and we were on the top floor which meant we had fantastic views of florence, and it really is opposite the Pitti Palace! The staff were very freindly and helpful and the room was immaculate, would definitely come back again. |

flora gillVery helpful staff. The location is actually much better than staying near the train station. It is more of a calm family environment as opposed to a "where is the nearest pub-crawl" environment. i met interesting people, but you can keep to your self. it has a great feeling overall. highly recommended |
