BELEN MAGERSIt was conveniently located--right across a must see sight--Pallazzo Pitti and a a very short walks to Ponte Vecchio, Uffizzi Gallery, and the Duomo--all must see venues. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and well furnished. When we go back to Italy, we will choose this place again. |

Customer reviewalmost nothing, it wasnt a horrible place but falslely advertised. they do not have internet. they do not have 24 hour reception. they said we were in a dorm and we were in a dingy, humid, blistering private room without even a fan, its summer, cmon! the staff was very unhelpful and sometimes rude. ALSO the location is NOT 10 minutes from the train station and is hardly in the heart of town. it was at least a 20-30 min walk and its just not in the heart of town, its reasonably close but again faslely advertised. |

Neval OzturkThe place was safe, clean, and fairly affordable for Florence, where everything is expensive. There weren't many facilites, and you have to pay separately for breakfast, but the bathrooms were clean and the people relatively friendly, so it was good overall. |
