24 September 2009	Customer review The room was nice, with a shower in the middle of the room which was strange but fine. Good AC, TV, and place was clean. Disadvantages: 1 bathroom in the hall for all the rooms (10 or so?) and you have to climb many steps to get to the hostel on the top floor (no lift). In all, I would stay again for sure.	70%

27 July 2009	Vergine Partevyan The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk both from the centere and the railway station. It was clean and tidy. The hostess of the hotel was very freindly woman and helpful and the price was good.	100%

02 June 2009	Customer review This is nice and close to the train station and pretty central to major sites. Be ware of the 76 steps to reach the top! There was a shower and basin in the room, and a share toilet on the same floor.	77%

19 June 2008	Thomas Norris Very Clean, and right in the heart of Florence. The staff was very friendly. It is about five stories up so make sure you are up for climbing stairs if you stay here since there is no elevator.	87%
