The staff is extremely friendly and went out of there way to assist, including recommending various attractions and pointing out useful landmarks/businesses based on my needs.

it was cheap and quite, I could come as go as I liked with out checking in at the desk, the location was excelent, I had privecy.

Convient.. was just in Firenze overnight but needed to be close to the train station. Found the staff to be very accomodating and friendly. Room was quaint and quiet. Loved the cappucchino in the morning. Perfect short stay for this 50 year old single female traveler.

Very good location, clean and safe I had a private single room and whilst it resembled a little prison cell (I say that with affection) I would recommend this hostel to any traveller.

they were very helpful and booked reservations for the academia and uffizi museums....like the location for the train and walkable in all of florence

It was very central - 5 mins walk from station and only 10 mins walk to duomo, catedrale. Very clean and woman on reception was very helpful. Only thing was that we were in room facing street so was bit noisy at night but fine with earplugs. I don't know about if the atmosphere was good because i stayed in a double room, not a dorm.
