Liked: The breakfast was great - a very good selection offered. Fantastic location near the Santa Maria Novella church and square and minutes away from the Duomo and Uffizi.

Disliked: The front door was left open during the day and early evening, which could potentially have led to unsavoury types hanging around.

Disliked: There are a lot of mosquitos. The cleanliness was not good. Tape-worm stairs inside my room. Not tape-worm my own bath inside my room.

Liked: Nice big room, free breakfast with real fruit, excellent location, nice staff. It was noisy though, loud music from the courtyard until 3am Friday night (only until 12 on Thursday night).

Liked: All round excellent value for money. Top location. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff - especially Christina. Clean. Breakfast good. Sound proofing between rooms could be improved, but otherwise quiet.

Liked: Convient.. was just in Firenze overnight but needed to be close to the train station. Found the staff to be very accomodating and friendly. Room was quaint and quiet. Loved the cappucchino in the morning. Perfect short stay for this 50 year old single female traveler.
