Customer reviewOur room was beautiful! The room we were supposed to stay in was occupied so they upgraded us free of charge to a bigger room with a private bathroom! It was more like a hotel than a hostel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location, safe area, within walking distance to most major tourist attractions. Would highly recommend! Only concern was that the room they kept our luggage in after we had checked out was not locked. |

Customer reviewstaff was spectacular after a cancel reservation in Siena on italies national holiday i returned to the tourist house. with no rooms available michael at the desk offer me a place to stay with him, it was great, many thanks the room was private and over looked the court yard it was great. |
