Customer reviewOn arrival the receptionist had given us a map and showed us the best locations to see and what time they where open. We also decided to stay an extra night which meant we had to change to another room which was left a mess from the previous guests, the custodian made quick work of it and by the time we came back to the hostel it was thoroughly cleaned. |

Customer reviewThe single rooms were definitely very small. However, the double and triple rooms were really nice, large and have some character. Locationally is superb for the railway station and close to all the big sights of the historic city. Staff were very helpful. if i do go back to Florence, i would definitely consider staying here as long as it is in one of the bigger rooms and not the single room. |
