Liked: On arrival the receptionist had given us a map and showed us the best locations to see and what time they where open.We also decided to stay an extra night which meant we had to change to another room which was left a mess from the previous guests, the custodian made quick work of it and by the time we came back to the hostel it was thoroughly cleaned.

Liked: The location is perfect for the tourist who comes in Train as it is located at a walking distance.The rooms are well maintained with all the facilities for an average tourist.I enjoyed stay in the hostel.

Liked: my room had a touch of medieval with steps leading up to the actual room, stone floor, lovely view out the window. Great location, right in the city centre and station

Liked: nice location, easy to find. reasonable price. water pressure is a bit low, so shower sometime is a challenge!

Liked: The single rooms were definitely very small. However, the double and triple rooms were really nice, large and have some character. Locationally is superb for the railway station and close to all the big sights of the historic city. Staff were very helpful. if i do go back to Florence, i would definitely consider staying here as long as it is in one of the bigger rooms and not the single room.

Liked: I stayed at this hostel for one night. Everything was Ok except for the breakfast opening time (8am) and reception time.

Liked: Large, clean rooms with towels and breakfast provided. Rooms cleaned daily. Less than ten min walk to central attractions. Helpful staff.

Liked: Our room was beautiful! The room we were supposed to stay in was occupied so they upgraded us free of charge to a bigger room with a private bathroom! It was more like a hotel than a hostel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location, safe area, within walking distance to most major tourist attractions. Would highly recommend! Only concern was that the room they kept our luggage in after we had checked out was not locked.

Liked: staff was spectacular after a cancel reservation in Siena on italies national holiday i returned to the tourist house. with no rooms available michael at the desk offer me a place to stay with him, it was great, many thanks the room was private and over looked the court yard it was great.
