Customer reviewFirst of all, the service it's one of the best I ever had. A friendly young ladie received me with so much warmth and kindness. Show me the facilities and room explaining their working hours, breakfast, etc., It's quite and very relaxing. After a long day in the city, walking, shopping or touring you could be assure for a quite evening in your room and be rested for next day. Location it's one the major highlights. The breakfast it's included in the price which is very convinient, especially when you notice how expensive Florence can be. Just an ideal place when you want to save some money but still don't want to compromise your security, resting hours and comfort. |

Emily RaboThe hotel was located within 5 minutes of the train station and was an easy walk to all of the major historic points. Breakfast was simple but in a very small space. Enjoyable and would recommend again. |

Angelika KoutsoukouVery big room, with air-conditioning. The private bathroom was large, clean and with many facilities (even a hai-dryer) available. Breakfast in a little happy balcony with many plants and pigeons... Very frindly staff and, above all, great location! |
