Carolyn ParsonsIt was very central - 5 mins walk from station and only 10 mins walk to duomo, catedrale. Very clean and woman on reception was very helpful. Only thing was that we were in room facing street so was bit noisy at night but fine with earplugs. I don't know about if the atmosphere was good because i stayed in a double room, not a dorm. |

Customer reviewexcellent service and friendly staff. The room was kept clean and new sheets and towels were given on a daily basis. the location was extremely central -- very close to the train station and all other attractions around the city. only complaint was that the noise level was high -- walls are thin and it was easy to hear other people talking in their rooms or using the shower, etc. other than that, the Tourist House was a charming and nice place to stay! |
