Owen RyeDespite initial communication problems with the Italian staff, we found them to be very friendly and attentive to detail. Clean, cosy and in a convenient location, the hostel is great to return to after a busy day exploring the sights of Florence. With no communal area it is a bit harder to socialise with other travellers, but we still managed to chat to the girls staying in the neighbouring room. |

Customer reviewGreat locat?on close to tra?n stat?on BUT th?s ?s not a proper hostel. The staff are not there 24-7 - the hostel ?s actually run by a hotel around the corner. When I arr?ved no one was there, the students who l?ve ?n the hostel ?n the other rooms sa?d that ?t wasnt really a proper hostel - just backpackers come and use the spare room every now and then. they told me that people have arr?ved at 3am ?n the morn?ng before and have not been able to get ?n. ? wa?ted 2 hours to be let ?n - the number on the door to r?ng was not ?n serv?ce and the only reason ? was let ?n was that I ended up f?nd?ng the hotel around the corner that runs ?t. I would def?n?tely not recommend stay?ng at th?s hostel. You wont meet anybody - ?ts not a proper hostel! ?m sure there are better places to stay ?n florence |

Loren DowningIt was located in an extrememly central and user friendly location. I had my laptop, and the wifi service was excellent. The only downside was if you have a room facing the road it can be quite loaud. |

Customer reviewThe location is awesome! its a 15 minute walk to the ponte vecchio. The 'dorm' (the dorm has three beds and the third bed wasnt taken all nights) was clean and nice and even had a television. It is a bit difficult that the staff at the reception does not speak english at all, but it is manageable if you made a reservation. the free wifi is nice as well. One extra shower would be nice and would prevent you from waiting, but that is no big deal. I would for sure go back, I had an amazing time! If you are staying in this hostel please be aware that is is located at Via del moro 22-BLACK not RED, it confused us, but thats not the fault of the hostel. |

Customer reviewVery clean and comfortable place to stay, felt like an apartment rather than a hostel. The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms very clean. It is also in a great location close to the train station and the main attractions. Would definitely reccomend, just make sure you email your time of arrival as there isnt always someone at reception. |

Joshua MilberPretty great location, minutes from everything. It is a converted apartment owned by a hotel near by, so there is not always a front desk person. If they don't answer, don't worry. Either call the other place (number is on the door) or walk the 2 minutes. Pretty much an awesome stay. |

Customer reviewFacilities were excellent, including a TV, ktichen, towels and bathroom. Rooms were clean and functional and staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent. Only criticism is that the room we were in was very warm but leaving the windows open was very loud. |

Customer reviewThe location was fabulous - right in the middle of everything...The only downfall was there was no kitchen, only a fridge. Apart from that the rooms were spacious and there were safe lockers in the room. We found it easy to find, and the staff were helpful. |

leon scothernGreat location walking distance to everything including close proximity to train station. We booked for 2 beds in a mixed dorm but when we arrived they had put my partner and I in our own room for the same price which was great! The kitchen with oven, stove top and fridge was handy. Didn't have any problems with check in as some other people did but the lady that was working in the hostel didn't speak much if any english. Not a problem if you're good at playing charades or speak some italian. outside street was quite noisy but was never a problem. would stay again. |
