Customer reviewThe hostel was just ok. I would recommend staying here, but there are some things you should expect. First, the staff is only there during the day. The place is associated with a hotel and if you have questions or concerns during the night no one is at the hostel and you must travel to the hotel. Also, if you pay with credit card you have to travel to the hotel since the hostel cannot accept credit cards there. |

Customer reviewThe hostel is very clean and the rooms are a good size. The location is also excellent and only 5 mins from train station and near the centre aswell. The staff were virtually non-existant and no one was there when I arrived, so had to make a phone call to a nearby hotel where someone came and let me in. The door bell just rings and disturbs the guests already at the hostel. There is no common area. |

Customer reviewThe hotel is in an amazing location, close to all of the sites, train station is a 2 minute walk. It's around the corner from the best pizza place in Florence too! It's clean, rooms are large, TVS in each room (but no English channels), plus secure lockup cupboards for each person (large enough for backpacks too!). Rooms were cleaned and serviced everyday. Each room also has a large window and a ceiling fan, so there is actually sunshine and fresh air! Staff were great and offered luggage storage which was a great help. |

Customer reviewLocation was good. To the center and the railwaystation was only 5 min by foot. Room and the toilets were clean and in good condition. There was no kitchen, but the was a fridge where you could keep your food and drinks, which was really good in hot weather. |
