Customer reviewThe location is optimal, especially for those traveling by train. It is literally a 5 minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station. The staff was less than courteous though, my room was very hot and had no A/C or fan, they also didn't answer the door and no one answered the phone for nearly a half hour when I arrived despite the fact that I'd scheduled my arrival with them. |

Juliana SantosIt has a good location (but in Florence everything is close anyway, so that's not really a great advantage). The staff was nice. So was the bathroom facilities. Everything was clean. A good hostel, not superb because there were no facilities such as internet or a lounge room. |
