Liked: very clean and safe place good location and well presented. Only problem we had was that there is no reception staff and we said that we would arrive at 4 and the key holder only turned up at 6. we had to chase him up to pay as well not very organised so spoilt a good hostel a bit.

Liked: When we arrived to Florence the hostel was being redecorated, but we were not disturbed in any way. The staff was very helpful and everything was clean and ready for us. The location was very convenient and safe - night and day - to discover the beautiful city of Florence. In general, better than expected.

Liked: It was very clean! great shower, always hot water! clean, kitchen with fridge and stove, great to make dinners etc. private, in great location! Not a hostel, more of a self contained pensione.
