Liked: Having our own kitchen was nice. The place seems to give an additional feeling of being in florence. Guy was quick in responding to requests and gave us his number if we needed anything.

Disliked: We only had one spoon in the kitchen which was a bit of a pain. There is also no lift and had to climb three flights of stairs with a heavy suitcase. The lights went out often if too much electricity is being used but it's easy to turn back on.

Liked: This place was amazing - brand new rooms with excellent bathroom and aircon facilities - room even had a street view. Location was perfect for exploring Florence, Landlord (Lorenzo) could not of been better telling us of local places to eat which were the best we have eaten all around Italy. Be sure to try his sisters restaurant Titos - overly generous and you will end your night having shots with the boss which were on the house!

Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful! Fantastic location, big comfortable room with nice views and good facilities.

Disliked: Electricity cut out every night around 10pm, although this was easily sorted.

Liked: Nice cosy room, a very friendly owner, great espresso machine!!

Disliked: The bed made terrible noise after even the slightest move. It's also a pity that the kitchen doesn't have more appliances to cook something other than tea/coffee.

Liked: 1. We have nice silent room furnished in IKEA style with clean bathroom and fully equipped kitchen corner. Kitchen corner with electric cooker, refrigerator and all essential kitchen utilities (there was even a small coffee-maker!) turned out very useful - very good idea.2. No internet access and satellite TV (only Italian programs).3.Jacopo who works in reception, was very helpful and nice

Liked: The guest house on 4 floor in old department that location distance with train station about 2 km but nearly the old downtown. Our room have kitchen and the room is very comfortable.The staff is very nice but office time just 3 hours(10:00-13:00), In addition to this time if you want to find him ,you must to call him.

Liked: Good location and very clean. The room was quite spacious and clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience with the exception of the toilet flushing system and lack of internet. Would generally recommend the place. However the toilet flushing system was quite a trial. It required multiple attempts to flush and we had to change rooms b/c the first room we were given didn't have a toilet that we could ever flush successfully. This seems to be more about the way the plumbing works here as opposed to something actually fixable, so beware.Also, they claim to have wi-fi but it was not working. They advertise that they have a computer with internet access available, but this is actually just the one computer in the main office that the staff use and the office is locked and empty 90% of the time.

Liked: This is not a typical hostel stay. It is more like staying in a studio apartment without the kitchen. Very good location, very clean, nice big room with decent bathroom facilities in-room. Staff was not at the location except for 10-1 every day. Always available by phone during the other times though and friendly. Great value for a short visit of Florence.

Liked: Located on a beautiful, quiet street in Florence away from the crowds of tourists, but within walking distance of all the sights and restaurants, this guesthouse made our time in Florence sheer magic. The room was light and airy with a fully stocked kitchenette and immaculate bathroom, and our host was friendly and ever helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence as superb value for money.

Liked: It was really great, cheap and absolutely nothing to complain about. Thin walls to the neighbours but that wasn't so annoying anyhow. It was a great stay! We definitly recommend it!

Liked: you are absolutely autonomous, you can check in with a code even if the staff is not there. It's really "Italian"; situated in a normal house in the middle of a nice part of Florence.

Liked: I liked that we had a private kitchencorner and that there was airconditioning. It was clean and near the centrum. The relation between the costs and what you get is very good. The staff is really nice and is always ready to help you.
