17 April 2009	Customer review I stayed in a private room and it had great amenities...my own flat screen TV, my own desktop computer complete with a SKYPE telephone and a king-sized bed. It was way better than a lot of supposedly high end hotels that I have stayed at. It was also about 3 minutes walk to the main train station which was very convenient. Marco, the owner, is a great guy. Very helpful, very polite.	92%

15 April 2009	Customer review Perfect location!! Right next to the train station and the famous leather market!! The staff were super friendly and accommodating!! It was my first time staying in a hostel and I was pleasantly surprised!! Very clean, room was pretty spacious with a computer & internet in it, and free long-distance calls!! Building is also very safe since you need like 3 keys to get to your room. HIGHLY recommended!!	97%

Marco was sooo accomodating and helpful!! He even gave us a map of Florence and showed us exactly where to go and which route to take!! We didnt waste any time sight-seeing! Highly recommended!	95%

11 February 2009	Alexis Trevethan It felt like I was actually staying in a home as opposed to a hostel. Very friendly and welcoming. It was a 2 minute walk from the train station, which is exactly what you want when you have all your bags and its a very easy walk to the main sights. Theres a great street market five minutes away as well as great gelati 50m down the road. The staff were so friendly and helpful!!	95%

12 January 2009	Brian Daly Marco and his staff were very fiendly and helpful - even greeting you on the street if you met them. Hostel (which seems to be a series of buildings - I stayed in the MAson De Charme) is very well located adjacent to train station and walking distance of all the sights. Room was compact, clean and well presented. Mine was a private dingle had ensuite, PC with Internet and Sky TV. Most importantly it all felt secure. I would recommend this hostel. Florence is a beautiful city and this is a great place to stay!	95%

04 January 2009	Alon Diamant Marco, one of the owners, is a nice guy and upgraded us for one night, to an amazing room with an LCD TV, a computer, a huge double bed, air conditioning, heating, private bathroom and shower etc. However, we did come back to the hostel late one night and had to wait an hour in the cold street since he was not there, and left a "Will be right back" sign. So, just make sure you always have a key, and enjoy your stay - awesome place.	85%
