Liked: One of the reasons why Luna Rossa was so good was because of the staff. They are very nice and help you with anything you need. The rooms were relatively large for a hostel and clean as well.

Liked: The Luna Rossa is a wonderful hostel in a central location in Florence. The rooms and facilities are very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The overall experience at Luna Rossa is perfect and I would recommend anyone to stay here in Florence.

Liked: First of all, the staff was extremely welcoming and useful in giving us information about Florence. The room was spatious and better equipped than most hotel rooms. It was cleaned daily just like a hotel and the bathroom had many amenities. Furthermore, the location was perfect: a four minute walk to the Duomo and two minute walk to the train station. The fact that breakfast was not included allowed us to discover Italian breakfasts at a café where Luna Rossa clientèle had discounts. The kitchen which was available to us was very useful. I would definitely recommend Luna Rossa. I had an impeccable and most enjoyable stay!

Liked: Everything was 110%!! Staff were amazingly friendly, we were offered a choice between a few rooms, it was nice and big with a little balcony, very clean. No a/c in the room but the ceiling fan above the bed was more than enough. Beautiful big tv too! Location was perfect, nice and close to the train station and only a few minutes from the duomo. I will definitly be back someday..Dont book anywhere else! Staying here is a must!!!

Liked: Great location, easy to get to from the train station. The staff was fabulous and the room was the nicest room we stayed at over our entire treck across Europe. I would highly recomend it!

Liked: location isn't great, its close to the train station but away from the busier areasstaff was very helpful in checking you in and explaining where to gorooms were very well equipped with own satellite tv + computer/internetmet some people on the way in, but ended up staying in a different building and never met anyone inside from then on

Liked: At Luna Rossa, my room had air conditioning (necessary in July), a desk-top computer (with fast internet connection and WiFi ) and a flat screen TV (with Sky satellite). The room was immaculate and the bed very comfortable. It was just around the corner from the Stazione. I would highly recommend Luna Rossa.

Liked: Stay here. That is all that needs to be said. Marco is fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good stay. There was a mix up with our booking and we were not able to get an ensuite room. Marco immediately remedied it by making the small bathroom off of our room private and took off a portion of the cost of the room. All of the staff are amazing. Seriously, stop looking for other hostels in Florence and just book this one. The other huge perk is they offer free calls to Canada (and I think the US). How many other hostels offer free calling home??? Book this hostel, you will LOVE it.

Liked: Marco was excellent! He helped us numerous times and was very friendly. He pointed out restaurants that were of good quality. The rooms (2) were very clean and better than expected. I would highly recommend this location in the future.

Liked: The owner, Marco, was extremely helpful. He takes pride in his properties and wants his customers to enjoy their stay. He personally suggested many interesting things to do while in Florence. In addition, our laundry was done for us by the cleaning lady. We recommend Luna Rossa!

Liked: Cleanest, nicest hostel I've ever stayed in. More like a hotel than a hostel. Room was large and spotless with Sky TV (channels available in English), a computer in the room with free internet and a Skype headset ,and air con that actually works! We stayed an extra 2 nights and Marco was very helpful and arranged for us to stay in the same room.
