Customer reviewWhat we did not like about this property was that the owner was not there during the day, and because of this she was not there to wait for people to check in therefore she would leave a note at the front door with the code to buzz themselves into the hostel and then the room keys were just left on the front desk so that anyone could enter the property freely. |

Daniella LeeThe location is awesome! The breakfast was abundant. Free internet, lockers, showers, and no curfew, it was perfect. Only down side is that I did not get a chance to do my laudry (for a fee) because the owner is not here in the afternoon and it says not to use it in her absence. Florence is amazing!! |

Free Internet / Wi-Fi. Free map. Free closet to leave your bags after check-out. Bad points: the shower was not very good and the rooms with windows to the street are noisy early. |

Rani CheemaBest experience so far. Someone mentioned that you can wait up to hours for someone to show up at the reception to open the door... IF you do not book in advanced or let them know when you are coming then you will wait for ever but once you have your keys you can come and go as you please. Breakfast was amazing! Lili was spectacular. I love this place! |

Customer reviewIt is near the train station but also nicely situated close to the center of the city. You can easily walk to everything you would want to see. It was on the empty side but you still met people. Limited showers but was never a problem. Breakfast is great and is a hot breakfast served at 9am but if you are up earlier you may help yourself to a cold breakfast. You have your own keys to the building, room, and lockers. Everyone gets two lockers, a large one and a small one. Rooms are very nice and beds are comfy. Need to keep the window open at night so make it cool enough even with the fan running, so the street noise can be a pain if you are not use to it. Overall I would stay here again, no questions asked. |

Claudia BoutinThe staff is so friendly; it's the main reason why I came back to Lili's for a second time. Breakfast is super good, and it feels to be by ourselves and safe at the sametime. Not the place for heavy partying, but definitely an awesome hostel. |

Shayna LevitanClara is very friendly and helpful. There is free internet, and a nice breakfast included. My room (a 5 person room), however, was facing the street, which was EXTREMELY noisy until the wee hours of the morning. I have been travelling for 2 months, and this was the noisiest room I have stayed in! There is no air conditioning, so closing the window was not an option! However, there are nicer rooms across the hall which face a garden. I'm sure they are quieter. Ask for those rooms! |
