 Bright, clean and the staff were helpful. The only real problem was a rather thin mattress. Free internet and free WiFi provided which was awesome.

It's so close to the main train station (Santa Maria Novella) and the owner, Clara, is very nice.

This is a great hostel. It is super clean and offers many services. Breakfast, internet, and lockers are included in the price and it is very close to the train station at Firenze SMN. Great value!

They have an amazing breakfast, great music in the lounge that you can rip onto your laptop, its bright and colorful, very nice.

If you are under the age of 35 you will like this place. I'm in my late 40s and it was good as I had a private room. Great to have use of fridge. Use of computer and internet 24/7 was great. Breakfast was decent considering you normally just get a coffee and pastry elsewhere. And it is so close to the bus/train station.

Clara is so nice and helpful! The place is very clean. This is my favorite hostel by far. Free internet, a mini refridgerator for guests use, 2 lockers per person in each dorm, free hot breakfast... i would definitely stay here again.

In a great location and easy to find. Having two lockers made it nice to store all of your stuff.

Very clean. Clara gave fantastic instructions for how to avoid queues at the museums. Free internet is good.

Although this hostel is a little expensive (when I was there it was 25 € per night) it is worth its cost. First of all, the hostel looks really nice, furnished with a lot of IKEA-stuff. Then, the breakfast is really delicious, there is plenty of room in each room and you have your own locker and also a little one close to your bed. And last but not least: the location is perfect. It is just around the corner from the station and a short walking-distance to the dome (and every other sight). It's been great there!

good availablity of internet bad thing was the amount of stairs to climb with heavy luggage, if u have heavy luggage its not the place for you!the breakfast and room is really good value for money!
