Andrew PassmoreThis hostel is definitely worth it. You wake up to an excellent breakfast every morning, and both Clara and Lilly are so cool, it is hard not to feel comfortable and to be yourself. Location is great, near the Duomo AND the central station. I liked especially that you had a full size and bedside locker to stow your stuff. |

Ricardo PaixaoEverything to commend. Great atmosphere, Clara knows how to deal with her customers extremely well. She has worked for large hotel chains and it shows. Besides, it is really amazing how she, a native from Florence, speaks Portuguese (Brazilian, the best one) very fluently. |

Customer reviewi absolutly loved this hostel!! The owner clara is like your auntie that takes such good care of you. She cleans everything and makes the best breakfast ever. All the rooms look like an ikea catalog, they are amazing. Great atmosphere as well and is in such a great location. 10 min walk to the duomo and maye a 20 min walk to the uffizi. I recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a clean, safe and fun hostel. |

Victoria WuWe stayed there for 3 nights and YES! I would definitely definitely suggest this hostel to others. This was by far the best hostel we've stayed at. Clara was very friendly and helpful. The hostel is SUPER clean and the rooms are well equipped. I felt like being at home when I stayed there. :) |

Lisa CahillThe owner was very friendly and helped us plan our first day in Florence so that we could see as much as possible. The homemade breakfast was great. I was travelling with my boyfriend and without even asking she offered us a double bed in one of the rooms! The security was great and there was Free internet. Everything was incredibly clean, the sheets on our bed smelled like they were right out of the wash. Only drawback was there was not any cooking facilities, but there was at least a fridge. |
