Customer reviewVery secure, but not the most conducive hostel to having fun - the common room gets locked at 10pm, and so getting to know people is made a bit difficult. |

Alexa SmithThis place was great!! It has a "college dorm" feel, with bright & colorful furniture & decorations. I stayed in a 6-bed mixed dorm, but felt safe the entire time. The owner cooked a fantastic breakfast for us every morning, and we even had our own personal wake-up call when breakfast was ready at 9am. The internet was free, something that is not easy to find in a hostel. The location was also close to all attractions near the center of the city, so walking everywhere was easy. |

Customer reviewRooms and Bathrooms are more than clean. Breakfast is delicious. Can't really complain about anything. Location is great. You might have to walk a little, but that is part of seeing Firenze. It's also close to the Train Station - another added bonus. I would definately stay here again. |

Amanda Kamanchek LemosI loved the Albergo Paola. The localization is great, five minutes from the center of Firenze. Also I had a great breakfast, free internet, a great bed and the staff gave me great tips about the city. |

Customer reviewOverall this was a great place to stay, very pleasant and clean with excellent facilities. The security was especially good for dormitory accommodation. The only negative point we had was that we were left waiting outside for 2hours when we arrived as there had been confusion over the arrival time which we had stated on our booking, for which we received no apology. I would still recommend this as an excellent place to stay but ensure that you email/phone and confirm your arrival time and don't just rely on the time you put down when booking |

Christina Phillipsall in all we enjoyed our stay here, however it is very hot in the rooms as no air con and found it difficult to sleep- also rooms on the street side are very noisy and you get woken around 6.30am. Lady at hostel lovely and ace breakfast and location. |

Customer reviewI definitely recommend this place! the location is great, close to train station, and major sights. overall, it was pretty clean, you can use free internet, and its a good place to meet people. it is a REALLY good value for your money, the cheapest hostel we stayed at in Italy and definitely one of the better ones. if i went back to Florence, i would definitely stay here again |

Customer reviewThe breakfast was delicious, if you could make it. There is a fridge but no kitchen. The rooms were very clean and spacious with large lockers for your backpack. Location is great, can walk everywhere. Close to the train station, 10 minute walk max. Would def. recommend this hostel |
