Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Federico - who gave us a lot of information that we needed. The free internet access was a lot of help as well. The only thing we didn't like was that there was no lift to the third floor. But the value for money somehow made us forget that fact.

Liked: A lovely hostel in a great location for sight seeing in Florence, not to mention the very friendly and helpful Federico (hope I have the name right) who made us feel right at home ! . Would definately stay there again next time.

Liked: The friendliness of the host, what a great guy. Had a small problem with the shower, we popped out and by the time we were back he had replaced it!!!! Legend. Gave us tips on where to eat, was only too helpful when it came to things to do in Florence, gave us maps, etc. Rooms were clean and comfortable, spot on! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Liked: Hostel was easy to find - close to train station.Room was well presented and very clean and roomy.Internet access available.

Liked: The owner was extremely helpfull with great suggestions for places to see and eat. Also and facilities/amenities available were an excellent value. Having internet and laundry available was above expectations.

Liked: The thing I liked the most was that the hostel was well located and very very clean; the bathroom and the beds are like if you were at home, and I think that this is really the most important thing than making friends, because after a long walk the only thing you want is to rest in a clean and nice bed.
