Customer reviewHostel experience was ok... although it was a bit laid back.... breakfast is served pretty late... is inconvenient for those who wish to leave early... |

Kelly RicharsonQuiet are of town to stay in. Hostel situated in a beautiful building, but was a little bit slap dash. The breakfast choice was limited and the price NOT included in the cost of the dorm space. Always a member of staff on site with good knowledge of Florence and Tuscany in general, but no comfortable communal area to relax in. No personal lockers but hostel cleaned daily and any personal items returned to the owner. |

Customer reviewGreat Hostel!! Really makes you feel more at home than other places. Eggs for breakfast, free dinner some nights (2.50 euro other nights), free internet, and a TV + DVD collection that anyone can use. One of the few places where I have actually enjoyed staying IN the hostel (as opposed to always feeling the need to leave). Super friendly puppy! 10 - 15 minute walk/short bus to the city center |

Customer reviewEverything! The owner, Lorenzo, is great and friendly. He sits down with you and shows you the places around Florence. I felt so welcomed the moment I came in. The place is small and very cozy. Lorenzo is also an amazing cook! If you're staying in Florence and want an affordable place to stay, do it here! |

Victoria JohnstonIf you read their description and think "this place sounds cool" - then it is definitely the place for you! I hate to not give it perfect marks - but the location isn't right in the center. Of course, the 15 minute walk or hopping the bus from just outside the door makes this mostly a non-issue. Now, for everything that is perfect: Lorenzo, Sharon and Fiona (not necessarily in that order; Lorenzo's breakfast; the dinner (whether it is free night or just super cheap night); and last but not least - sitting around the common room (remember, cozy = friendly) watching movies or chatting. I originally booked 2 nights and stayed a week. |

Customer reviewThe host was very helful, she told me all the hot spots and florence and gave me a map. Lorenzo, the other host, cooks a mean lasagne and if you're lucky enough maybe he'll make it for dinner. There is a small common area where you can watch the TV. One great thing was that there was a laptap for people to use if you didn't have one and also free WIFI. Overall, no complaints! |

Michael TredinnickThis has to be the best place I have stayed on my trip. The place really made Florence for me. All the staff were incredibly friendsly and helpful. Lorenzo is a champ. He cooks the best dinner every night. If it isn't free it is 2.50. The best thing is that there is always someone to talk to about your travels to and be able to hear stories of others. I can recommend this to anyone who loves smaller hostels with a great atmosphere. |

Rachel MiddletonThis place really made our stay in Florence! The staff are fun and helpful, they feed you for cheap (every second night dinner is free!) and Lorenzo's cooking is delicious!! Walking distance to everything, Sharon gave us a map and a tonne of great advice when we arrived. Free wifi is a bonus! I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Florence! |
