Liked: the location is absolutely PERFECT. very short walk from the train station, right by the duomo. just lovely. And the staff kicks ass. They were extremely helpful and wonderful.

Disliked: nothing really. this place ruled.

Liked: Location is excellent in central:)..... not a bad hostel...

Disliked: could be more bathroom... because if i see as well about 2-3bathroom share for about 20-30people

Liked: The staff at Maison were really helpful and the guy sat us down with a map and showed us the best places to go. The location was really good- but up a ridiculous amount of stairs! The kitchen was very clean and had enough stuff for everyone to use. Also, free wi-fi.

Disliked: Possibly bed bugs. Also, the stairs were a killer

Liked: Great location - 5 minute walk to the Duomo and 15 from the train station. Adorable decoration and very personal, because of it's small size. Staff was very helpful and even let us check out later than the posted time at our convenience.

Disliked: Absolutely nothing!

Liked: friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. homely feel. comfy beds (not bunk beds). big bathrooms. close to train station, markets and everything you need to see. decent kitchen. great homely feel.

Disliked: no lockers. kitchen lacking a little in utensils but still plenty enough to get by!

Liked: staff were really nice. Bathroom & Kitchen were clean. Location is perfect.

Disliked: Beds are bit old and this is placed at 5th floor. But!! It was okay for me. I'm satisfied after all..!

Liked: Great hostel! Very clean, kitchen open at all times and perfectly equipped, They give you your own key so you can feel free to use your time as you want. Great heating and very clean bathrooms. Staff (Alessia) is one of the best people I've met in my whole trip. Grazie por tutti!!

Liked: Cheap price, nice staff, good location.

Disliked: No storage lockers; the beds weren't that great (old, not-so-clean mattresses). Otherwise a cheap, decent place to stay in Firenze.

Liked: We booked a 8-bed room and were given a 4-bed room. Friendly staff, and a good location. We had our own set of keys to come and go as we pleased. A kitchen was available to us, though we didn't use it much.

Disliked: Staff did not speak much English, and the building was somewhat difficult to find (no prominent sign outside). We booked at B&B Maison but were accepted at "The Queen's" in the same building. We were told the were "one" but they have a separate listing on HostelBookers. This property has lower ratings than B&B Maison and a different configuration of rooms and bathrooms. We shared one toilet with 8 beds across two rooms. Our room was a thoroughfare to get to the bathroom and the door squeaked very loudly when opened. No lockers or private space for belongings. The "free breakfast" was nonexistent and the "free dinner" cost 5EUR per person and was only available for groups of 5 or more. No free map.

Liked: good location that not far away from train station.fun place to meet a lot of travellers.and stuff are quite nice..

Disliked: no credit card accepted should be a bit annoying.

Liked: very nice location, helpful stuff, clean. wi-fi... coffee&tea was free.

Disliked: beds were really unconfortable. only one toilet for around 15 people! breakfast couldnt be bought even though it was stated in the website. no locker, no computer, no cattle!

Liked: It's really good location and good price. Also I liked that it was clean place. Staff was kind and friendly and explained to me what is really interesting to visit. It was very useful information!!

Disliked: I didn't like that there was no breakfast as was mentioned. Also there was no computer with internet. Only wifi.

Liked: Lorenzo was very helpful with showing me where to go in the city. I didn't have a cell phone and needed to leave a contact number and I left his without and issue and he delivered a message that had I not god I would have been out about 75 euros. The dinners at night were a blast and they go out in Florence most nights. Florence isn't really a party city tough so don't expect much. It felt like staying at a mate's flat not so much a hostel.

Disliked: There is no elevator. There A LOT of stairs. If you have more than a small bag stay somewhere else because it sucks. I had a good friend helping me with my bag. It was kind of dirty. They had overflow so they sent me downstairs to the other hostel which only had one bathroom for about 30 people. NOT the best experience. But I would probably stay here again

Liked: B&B was awesome! it's in the best location close to everything, It's really small so you become friends with all the other people staying there. They don't have lockers, but it doesn't matter because it's a very trusting place. My friend had his laptop there and it was completely fine! The staff are great and really helpful. THe kitchen is well equipped, we cooked our own dinners and breakfasts (there is no oil, so we just cooked without oil - no biggy though). If you want to have a good time, meet people and go out, stay here..if you hate smoking, loud music and having fun....it's not the place for you! I'm going back in 4 months that's how much I liked it!

Disliked: Nothing, loved it all!

Liked: Met some nice people... The bathrooms were very clean.

Disliked: The owner was quite moody and lived in the kitchen area of the 'B&B'. This meant he slept on the couch there, smoked inside, used the laptop most of the time for watching movies (he had advertised free internet, but it was not often available). I felt like I was in his space a lot of the time, and was uncomfortable hanging out in the kitchen, which was the only common area.
