Liked: The staff was very friendly, and it was a good place to meet people. The guy who checked me in even offered me some cake once I came in! Free computer use, quiet when I needed to sleep, great location right up the street from Il Duomo. Very cheap. Altogether a great stay.

Disliked: The hostel was understaffed. While the staff was friendly, there only seemed to be a few people working there. As such, the promised breakfast and dinner were not provided, only access to a kitchen and some common food. It seems their website is outdated. Also, a girl I met there was not written as having made a reservation and they tried to make her pay more as a result, even though she had the e-mail saying that she booked ahead of time.

Liked: Very well located, it is les than 15 minutes walking from almost everything worth visiting. Staff is very gentle.

Disliked: We stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. Beds are really noisy and not comfortable at all.

Liked: It is very cheap and you get a real hotelroom, quite big and luxurous for that price, with a good breakfast! We were very surprised to see this!

Disliked: Nothing! Maybe the location, but with the bus is it really very easy. The bus departs often and it cost only 1,50 euro.

Liked: Great place, clean, cheap and really close to all the attractions in Florence.

Disliked: There were no security lockers, but there were only two rooms in the whole hostel so it was fine.

Liked: it had a homely atmosphere being run by a family, they were very friendly and helpful, excellent location.

Disliked: no lockers, at times the front door was left open

Liked: The location was perfect, just 5 mins from the Duomo and the staff was really helpful. The hostel was very clean, kitchen facility was well-equipped. All the rooms were very bright and furnished with nice furniture.

Disliked: One thing that bothered me was noise because there is no separate doors and not much privacy. If you are susceptible to noise, it would be better to use earplugs or something.

Liked: It is like living in a private apartment and sharing the bedroom with other people. There is a kitchen which allows you to buy all you need to eat in the supermarket and cook dishes for your self. You can have very cheap meals because there is no need to go out and spend money for expensive meals in restaurants. It has a fridge and a television. The kitchen is great because it is also the meeting point in the apartment. To big bathroom allow comfortable use. On the top is the location. It is 1 min to the Duomo and to San Marco. What an affordable price for that quality!!!!!

Disliked: There is simply no claim. Maybe it is sometimes too noisy in the sleeping rooms for they are catching the street noises with their windows which are directed to Via Cavour. But if you sleep you won‘t feel disturbed by that.

Liked: The proprietor is very friendly and speaks good english. A great way to meet others from all over the world. Facilities are basic but good enough for a few days. Beds are reasonable and allow a good night's sleep. Location is fantastic - very close to main attractions and station. Overall great value!

Disliked: No microwave, and another fridge would be useful.

Liked: Cheap but good quality. Friendly staff, free Wifi, clean bathroom and kitchen.

Disliked: It's tough bringing heavy backpack on the highest floor.

Liked: This place was amazing and was everything i expected it to be. It was worth the money and the staff members were EXTREMELY helpful. They were very friendly and went through the whole fflorence map with us when we got there. The accomodation was very clean as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who looking for a place to stay in florence.

Disliked: Beds of uneven quality, but I've been lucky.

Liked: Perfect location and price. Family run and therefore very friendly and homey. Well stocked kitchens make up for no breakfast, though I prefer going out for a cappuccino anyway.

Disliked: No lockers, but it is a small place and there are two locked doors between the rooms and the street. Also the manager offered to lock up any valuables.

Liked: The hostel is absolutely next to the Duomo (cathedral) and to literally every important spot in the city. The people there are very very helpful and open minded, there usually isn't any pressure about the check out time etc even though it is polite to follow the rules. The owners and the staff have managed to create a very cosy and friendly atmosphere. There is coffee and tea in the morning and there are kitchen facilities. There are two shower boxes and a bathtub. General conclusion: Choose this hostel without second thoughts. Probably the best I've stayed at.

Disliked: It was a bit cold in the rooms. It's on the second floor and there is no elevator.

Liked: good location, wonderful staff, awesome place to meet people

Disliked: there were only 2 bathrooms and whenever people had to use it, they had to go through several bedrooms to get to it which was particularly inconvenient in the morning when people were still asleep

Liked: I loved Alice, the perosn incharge of the hospitable. She made r stay really very comfortable and right on arrival also gave us a good tips to visit the city. Besides the location is beautiful and soo central. U feel like a Florenzer living in this hostel. Also the well equipped kitchen for the residents disposal makes things very cheap and easier in florenz. I loved this B& B.

Disliked: Nothing at all.

Disliked: Owner sleeps in the kitchen, so I had to leave two beers in the fridge when I left in the morning because I didn't want to wake her.

Liked: AMAZING staff, we felt super welcomed when we first got here. Great beds, great location (Domo is right down the street), clean bathrooms, very well maintained overall. I would love to stay here again if I return to Florence

Disliked: It's on the third floor of a taaall building with no elevators, so be warned! Although that's a great way to work off all the gelato you'll be eating in this city :)
