Liked: Location was great! Close to the Duomo and the David... Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Clean and good location.

Disliked: Staff is rude except he ask you to pay. We are asked to pay city tax when we arrive. After chargr 2 Euro per person, he did not give us any receipt. 5 Euro would be charged for the leaving luggage. All the staff care is money. We were told to have breakfast in kichent for free when we wake up. Actually, there is nothing we can have when we go there. The bed is poor. I perper to sleep on the floor. Anyway, the floor is clean enough for you to sleep.

Liked: Good location. Nice sized kitchen and nice bathrooms.

Disliked: Staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful. There was 1 computer in the hostel which was locatted on a seperate floor. To get access to the computer we had to knock on the door to get the staff to let us in. This usally resulted in groans of unapproval. Ending up using a internet cafe down the street. The hostel as well was like a converted apartment block. Pretty amateur setup. Was also charged 5 euros just to store a bag for the day. This annoyed me. You stay in a hostel for a couple of nights and they cant keep a bag in a room for a few hours without charging.

Liked: excellent location

Disliked: beds were quite difficult to get onto if you're on the top bunk; staff wasn't particularly nice; was promised breakfast, but there was no breakfast--- weird.

Liked: Really clean and lovely place... good kitchen and wifi! The ceiling of the bedroom is classical and artistic! love it!

Disliked: There is no stair for you to climb to the upper bed!!! and no fence... I was quite afraid to drop from the upper bed...

Liked: felt safe, great location. People we met were lovely!

Disliked: very noisy, very hot. 82 steps to our room - funny though!

Liked: Interesting and helpful staff. Great wifi in rooms.

Disliked: Rooms are located 4-5 floors up with no lift so get ready for a workout especially if you have luggage. Could've been located closer to main train station, but it is located very close to the more popular sites in Florence which was nice.

Liked: It is pretty clean and locate very close to most of the major attractions.

Disliked: My room is very hot. Since it is located next to a major street, it is noisy all the time. If you carry big luggage, then you need to carry 3 to 4 levels to the sleeping area.

Liked: Great location, right in the center of town. This hostel is so close to everything that we would come back to it during the day to use the bathroom, it is so close.

Disliked: No air conditioning.

Liked: Good location.

Disliked: Emailed in advance to check in early around 630. We got in late because of a delayed train and had to wait two and a half hours for the manager to show up at 1030. I would accept that it's a small run place and we were late so the guy might have run off to do some other stuff, but 2 other people needed to check in and they had said they'd arrive between 8-9. We were there that whole time and he was nowhere to be found. When he arrived, it was apparent he had simply been sleeping. Not especially helpful staff, can't lock your room with the keys you get.

Liked: I°m ines, from Argentina, i°ve been travelling for one month now and this hostel is one of the best that i°ve stay for sure! its really very clean, very big rooms and bathrooms, the staff is really friendly and at the first min i get the B&B Maison they give me a map and very good info of where to go!they were very helpfull every time, and the best thing is its like home, you have your owne key, theres a laptop u can use, free wifi! The people are very very nice, and i°ve meet people all over the world that are the same as comfort as me!!

Disliked: nothing!!

Liked: The staff are very nice and helpful. Toilets are very clean and well-equipped. Guests are divided into Asian and Western which is a bit strange but in turns it's still easy to make friends. Kitchen is very clean as well. There are also some little food and drinks for your breakfast.

Disliked: i leave early in the morning and waited for quite long to get someone awake and collect my room keys. They can actually put a key box in front of the door instead.

Liked: Friendly staff. Bathrooms were quite nice in the sense that the toilet, shower, sink were all in the same room.

Disliked: There were renovations on the second night I was staying which resulted in me having to change beds and rooms, however this should not be affecting future customers.

Liked: I felt like in my own home. Not many rooms with a kitchen where you prepare your own breakfast! The guys are very kind and friendly. If you want to be in a house with a few people and not much noise like other hostels this is perfect!!!

Liked: Having just studied here for a semester, I can say that this hostel is in THE best location. Close to everything, all the sites, major modes of transportation, food, everything. Bathrooms were marvelous and the staff was absolutely the best. Amazing deal for your money.

Disliked: The only recommendation I have, if you want to get your money's worth and enjoy the free breakfast while your there, wake up early because the other guests will eat it all :(

Liked: This is easily one of my favorite hostels. The staff treats you like family; mi casa es su casa is the best way to describe our hostel experience. The staff lets you use their kitchen and fridge and they offer you snacks. The hostel is actually an apartment and is much more elegant and spacious compared to my other hostels.

Disliked: Nothing
