Liked: Very cheap. Very central. Nice staff. Great value for money! Has kitchen with everything you need and a fridge. Very close to the duomo and everything else there is to see.

Disliked: The beds are pretty rough. But if you're like me and just need a secure room and roof over your head it's perfect.

Liked: Room was spacious

Disliked: terrible beds!!! They do not have breakfast.. Just nasty coffee. Before I arrived I emailed the hostel letting them know my bus comes in at 5 am they told me that was fine. When I arrived there was no one there and I was left standing outside for a hour ringing the bell. When someone finally let me in the guy that works there was yelling and telling me how dare I come in at this time. I told him I emailed you guys days before letting you know and you said that was fine. I even should him the email. He was very rude and then when he finally let check me in he charge me extra on my card. They are very unprofessional people and they are rude. Also there is a lock out from 1 to 3 pm so the cleaning lady can clean which was fine with me except she came at 9 am waking everyone up telling that she had to clean. but the sign said 1pm to 3. Also most workers are males and they would in the room throughout the night made me feel very uncomfortable.. Ruined my Florence vibe. Don't stay here. Florence is so small every place is close to the attractions.

Liked: Everything!! Without a doubt, best hostel I have ever stayed in. The owners are great and very helpful. The location could not be more central to the city. It's about a 5 minute walk from everything you want to see. The actual hostel has a lot of character and is clean. It is just a wonderful place to stay, I felt at home.

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: The help was excellent, the location superb, the value unbeatable.

Disliked: The proximity comes with a bit of street noise on the weekend.

Liked: Close to sights, not too far from st Maria train station

Disliked: Top floor apartment, several flights of steps, very load at night with street noise and the cleaners use the dish washing sponge to clean the bathroom and kitchen! I think that is disgusting! Also they don't provide you with a map or any sightseeing help, you are really just paying for a bed.

Liked: I liked everything about this hostel, it was clean, the atmosphere was good, the location was amazing, everything is just a short walk away. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they are welcoming and useful when you need information.

Disliked: We did not dislike anything about this hostel, overall the experience we got here was very very good, and we enjoyed it very much.

Liked: The staff could not be more friendly, helpful and welcoming. We met several very open minded travels and the common areas we the prefect place to chat. Very good location, one of the best hostels in out 3 week you're of Italy.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The staff were really helpful and friendly. It's a converted apartment in the centre of Florence which is clean and has a good atmosphere. I met some people in the hostel and we organised and cooked a dinner of Florentine steak and Chianti wine!

Disliked: There were no lockers but you could put your valuables in a safe.

Liked: Good location was close to the middle of Town only 5 miniute walk to the duovo..

Disliked: It was hard to find, there are no signs any where and The directions given werent helpful..the showers had barely a trickle coming out of them.

Liked: Rooms are big and beautiful. There are TVs in rooms.

Disliked: It's quite far from the center, but close to supermarkets.

Liked: Not much.

Disliked: The manager, Yuri, is a thundering disgrace. He was rude and threatened us when we asked him why he wanted us to pay nearly twice the advertised price. He said the computer was 'broken' so he had no way of verifying details. Very unpleasant experience.

Liked: This place was great. I wish I could have stayed for more than just one night. I tried extending my stay, as a matter of fact. Yuri was very patient with my many questions. The atmosphere was excellent. I partied with three fellow travelers during the night and then toured the city with two during the next day. The hostel allows for a very inviting social atmosphere. The bathrooms are great. The location is very good. The value for having a room with high ceilings and beautiful window shutters, a party-friendly kitchen, and a lot of walking space is exceptional.

Disliked: I did not dislike anything.

Liked: The location was amazing, right in the heart of florence and close to the Duomo.

Liked: The owner was really helpful when we first arrived in giving directions and reccomendations, the bathrooms were very clean and airy, the kitchen was great, the hostel is in a perfect location just a short walk from the Duomo and the main squares and not far from the staion either. Would definitely reccomend, it has lots of character.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: the location is great cause it is central and as a supermarket right next to the hostel. The staff is really nice.

Disliked: The check out was too early so to leave the bags in the hostel you need to pay 3 euros! The rooms were really really hot and we didn't have stairs to climb to the top bed.

Liked: the owner (lorenzo?) gave very good description of the places around Florence and helped me get around

Disliked: my bed broke and I had to fix it in the middle of the night. It's literally a plastic bed.
