From the Duomo take via de'Martelli (Banca Toscana is on the corner). Walk down this road about 5 minutes, you will pass a tourist info shop. We are about 40 meters after the tourist info, Via Cavour number 15. Press the 1st bell (BB Maison) and come up the stairs!
we would prefer guests to provide a valid telephone number, including area code (we're great but we're not psychic!) when booking so we can contact you if we need to. Do keep in mind then when you book you need to provide an estimated time of arrival. If you don't arrive around that time and don't provide a valid telephone number you may have to wait outside until we return.
