Liked: The staff at the front destk (Monica?) was very friendly and helpful. She helped us call different booking companies to find out about tours as well as show us keep sights to visit on the map and how to navigate the area.

Liked: Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Multiple bathrooms and a kitchen available on every floor. Service was ok (where to find a local restaurant; points of intrest in Florence; etc.).The location was ok (5-10 minutes walking distance to center of Florence ; 5 minutes walking to train station of Florence).

Liked: It was a very nice hostel, very close to the railway station. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to cook, the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the staff was very nice and willing to help. There was no internet access

Liked: Independencia total, entras y sales a la hora que te da la gana sin explicaciones. El ambiente era muy tranquilo. Tiene un pequeño jardin que da mucha vida a la casa. Todo perfecto, salvo las pelusas de debajo de la cama y los baños que no estaban muy limpios, aunque se podían usar sin problemas.

Liked: One of the best hostels we've stayed at. It really is more like a hotel, but at hostel price and with a really nice kitchen and sitting area on each floor. The beds and linens were nice, nice clean bathrooms, great kitchens. Be sure to ask for a room off the road if you are bothered by noise, as the noise from the road is really bad. The location is okay, but it is about 5 minutes further than we ever felt like walking at the end of the day! In all we had a good stay here, ended up staying 2 days longer than planned even.

Liked: The location was very nice and it was very easy to find. Do not take a taxi. Ask someone at the train station which direction to go and you will be there in ten minutes. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and cozy. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. There was no curfew and the place was very secure. I would recommend this hostel to anyone who doesn't mind walking at least 10-20 minutes to get to tourist sites.

Liked: it was very nice, and we got a nice room with a little balcony, tv and heating by our selves for dorm prices. if the hostel was full the kitchen could get crowded, but it was very quiet while we were there. no internet (there is wifi) and no laundry is inconvenient, but neither are far away.

Liked: it feels like a hotel, everything is very clean and in order,the staff is very helpful.it just so worth with this cheap price, I was stay alone in 4 dom room. I will visit this place again when I back to Florence again.

Liked: Very clean, not expensive and very good rooms.There is nobody during nights so if you need anything you have to manage yourself. One night the light went out and it was almost impossible to cook but afterwards the manager gave us a discount because of that, so they understood the problem and tried to compensate. Good people.

Liked: The location is about ten minutes to walk from the city centre. We were surprised by how large the rooms were and the free Wifi was very useful.

Liked: Clean, confortable, great price, good location (close to train station, 10-15 minutes from center ) Great value for money, good facilities. Some noisy guests but that is not the hostel's fault. Very good overall
